>Bragging about eating grass

answer: adrenaline. as your body doesn't get everything it needs to function properly it compensates with adrenalin releases. this can last for a really long time, even years on end, until eventually you end up with adrenal problems and stress related health conditions
source: myself. been down this road. stop being a vegan faggot you'll feel better once you start eating real food again
So why do vegans live an average of 7.3 years longer if they can't get enough nutrients to function properly?
Why do vegans have almost zero risk of the 14 top diseases in the world?
I didn't realize there has been constant vegan deaths due to malnourishment.
I didn't realize humans need cow pus, dead carcass, and fermented fecal matter to live.
You really opened my eyes user. Thanks.
because it's healthier
>McDonald's bag
>junk food
Vegans have this delusion that everyone who isn't vegan just eats McDonald's 3x a day and never touches a vegetable, probably because before they were vegan that's what they did. Most vegans eat a ton of processed frankenfood to replicate animal products and also eat a ton of simple carbohydrates and sweets.
Bruh I'm vegan I don't give into the soy boy shenanigans and stuff. Just chill and stop telling other guys the secret.
No it's not.

degenerate american diet= live as a fatty thill you're 25
vegan blupill= live in celibacy thill you're 70
no sugar paleolithic diet=you'll be doing weight lifting with your great grandchildren
Because you are light headed from the lack of proper and balanced nutrition fuckwit!
because you dont have all that animal fat and related bacteria in your body
people flail at vegans when all they are trying to do is show you a really easy way to improve your whole life
yeah like deer are unhealthy right, have you spent much time around deer?
jump 12 feet in the air
do they eat animal fat, of course not
do gorillas eat animal fat, of course not
are gorillas weak, go fight one
because you are doing everything wrong and going with the current social trend tide
instead of realising that its 40% less meat eating in the usa from the 1950s , your testosterone is 50% lower if not even worse and you believe that soy, and leafy greens can sustain your omnivore diet
also you dont fucking think of your gut biome and how horrible this is for your gut, and colon
the most retarded people are vegans, only topped by feminists and mentally ill sexual degenerates.
except they dont
studies on people who live to be 100+ are red meat eaters and most of them still smoke.
my condo is vegan, another nice benefit, no bugs!
you know why there are no bugs because there is nothing for them to eat
you know why, because im vegan which means not only is there none of that sickening decaying animal fat bacteria in my house, it is also immaculate, much like myself
denial is not your friend
shut your mouth unless you have the discipline to try it, which you dont, which is why you sit and throw your shit at people all day.
if animals still lived how they did in hunter gatherer times I would have no problem with eating meat, but sadly the animals you eat now have been tortured their whole lives.
If you've ever had a pet you know full well that mammals can feel the whole range of emotions just like us, so it is wrong to meat, simple as that. Also, buying a steak from a supermarket doesn't make you a tough alpha male.
>I’m an alpha male hunter because I pick meat up from the supermarket
Please stop
You post this shit all the time and most of the links have nothing to do with the heading. Only thing that’s legit is children shouldn’t be vegan
hunters are the lazy people
takes much more work to cultivate crops and manage your food stores
any sloth can roll out of bed and go kill some innocent animal which is trying to raise its family
This is so retarded.
Who the fuck cares. You think sharks give a damn if they leave you legless and disemboweled?
Equating human thought to that of a shark is a bit absurd don't you think?
At least have a RATIONAL discussion defending your disgusting, cancerous, meat eating habits, friend.
>Vegan intellectuals
Hurr durr if you can't live off of cat food alone how can my cat jump 10 feet high? Btfo. Eat cat food
>If you aren't vegan, you eat junk food every single day
People call me poor, but not many cityfags know the feel to personally grow a garden full of veggies and eat the chickens and pigs you grew and killed yourself. Occasionally with the rabits and deer you personally shot, and drink from the wine and fruit brandy you personally brewed.
No wonder we live 30 years longer on average than the cityfags.
Nothing better than a piece of meat, berried under a feet of veggies, going down with a homemade drink.
tldr: Be balanced damn it, vegan is abad, meat only diet is bad.
For every steak you eat, eat a cup of salad. And most important is to get excersise.

Vegan creatine exists. This was also VEGETARIANS. Not vegans. Most vegetarians consume creatine with milk, dairy and eggs.
>Vegans are deficient in omega threes
Wrong. Did you read your studies?
"CONCLUSIONS:
The proportions of plasma long-chain n-3 fatty acids were not significantly affected by the duration of adherence to a vegetarian or vegan diet. This finding suggests that when animal foods are wholly excluded from the diet, the endogenous production of EPA and DHA results in low but stable plasma concentrations of these fatty acids."

Read your studies, kiddo.

>Children who are raised on strict vegan diets do not grow normally:
"The omnivorously fed children had intakes of iron and polyunsaturated fat below the Dutch RDAs and intakes of mono- and disaccharides and cholesterol above the Dutch RDAs. The intakes of calcium, riboflavin, and vitamin D recorded for the macrobiotically fed children were substantially below the Dutch RDAs. The vitamin D content of the diets of all four groups was low; however, most of the omnivorously fed children used vitamin D supplements, and the other three groups of children were sent out in the sun as much as possible. A high risk for rickets existed in the combination of periods of bad weather and a low intake of both calcium and vitamin D." Nice study, dipshit.
>Effects of vitamin B12 and folate deficiency on brain development in children
See B12 infographic and do your own research. More omnivores are B12 deficient as B12 is bumped into meat rather than organically grown. Vegans take B12 supplements. Omnivores don't.
>Particular attention should be paid to adequate protein intake
This is literally an article that shows that vegan diets are considered safe. Luhmow

There is sufficient research about the relationship of meat and cancer and several other diseases in the US. Meat causes cancer and illness. It's mostly because of the way our livestock is raised and literally poisoned. Eating a mostly plant-based diet is the best way to avoid it.

Think of it this way: An estrogen molecule is like a jumbo jet that attaches to the Jetway of an airport. It discharges passengers into the terminal, which is suddenly a busy, noisy place. Phytoestrogens, being weak estrogens, are like small, private planes with few passengers and no cargo, yet they still occupy the Jetway after landing. When phytoestrogens occupy the cell, normal estrogens cannot. Plant estrogens do not eliminate all of estrogen's effects, but they do minimize them, apparently reducing breast cancer risk and menstrual symptoms

Vegans are literally yellow-bellied losers, eat meat and veg in equal proportion.
Well, call a guy to do it for you once and observe the process. Read a book or two if you want to be extra sure. My old man taught me, and his advice was to never ever make a compromise with hygiene and waiting times.
Aka, your equipment might be shit tier but if you wash EVERYTHING two times more and brew it in the right time, it will taste good and be perfectly safe to drink.
So my advice would be to use fruits that you either personally grew, or know for 100% that were naturally grown. Because the GMO shit they have on our city markets is shit GMO tier and I can imagine that it could be times worse in the States.
Ah alright then, thanks.
>GMO fruits
Right, everything here is basically poisonous from the meat they inject with hormones, to the vegetables/fruits that are GM and sprayed with pesticides.
but vegans have higher testosterone and are healthier, thus they will be cucking you any day now

>A British Journal of Cancer study of 696 men (233 of whom were vegans) concluded this: “Vegans had 13% higher T [testosterone] concentration than meat-eaters and 8% higher than vegetarians.”
If you are vegan and know what you're doing you get all your nutrients without any lingering guilt, and of course that will be better than McDonalds. In many cases like myself, I failed at vegan and didn't get my nutrients and felt like shit until I switched back to animal products. One thing I can confirm is animal products give you a "heavy" feeling you normally don't notice.
inb4 failed at vegan I know
Because you are new to it and your body is becoming cleansed of all the shit you consumed for years. If you persist, you will begin to weaken, however. Veganism is noble but unfortunately not perfectly suited to the human organism. It's good for a temporary cleanse, but it does not provide the necessary building blocks for our bodies.
