I read it as respects, but in a dual sense - he's returning the weapon to those who might be concerned about Heebs as a mark of respect and letting them know how he died. That kinda thing.

No, it doesn't; I have it right here. It just says Ultra Victory 2017 in reference to the poster. For the Baki anime, it just says "announced", and the Yowamushi Pedal one says that it's being aired now.
Are the translators just doing different chapters and not going in order? Checked batoto, mangafox and spinyback's site and there seem to be chapters missing.
Wild Fang jumped ahead and started doing the Pickle fight for no clear reason, so I personally scanlated it faster than them to piss them off, then stopped. There's a few chapters missing; it'll be rectified as soon as we get the next 2-3 out. I think we need to release 115 and 116, and there won't be any real gaps (discounting 131 and 135).
I didn't honestly think it would take nearly this long to catch up to the missing chapters, but we lost a redrawer and some other stuff happened, so we're only getting around to it now. I promise you that the releases will be faster *and in order* from now on, though.
