Recently, I've been researching Hitler's more than questionable military decisions. I have no idea how I didn't find out about this sooner. In the context of military strategy, Hitler was completely and utterly incompetent. His retarded military decisions led to the deaths of tens of thousands of loyal German soldiers. It was impractical and frankly insane to invade Russia in the situation Germany was in. At the time, Russia had Germany outclassed in virtually every way. They had more supplies, weapons, tanks, artillery, better equipment, etc. If the invasion of Russia wasn't enough of a retarded decision on his part, he then decided to replace the majority of the experienced troops he had deployed in Russia (who were making great progress) with inexperienced soldiers that ended up getting completely obliterated. He had many opportunities to issue a retreat/regroup but instead let his own men get cut down like animals, something with no strategic value whatsoever. Please help me Sup Forums, I need someone to prove to me Hitler was right in doing this so that my faith in the Führer can be restored.
