I've been hearing discussions around my University that Italians should be considered Black/Arab or both as a result of the close geographic proximity to North Africa and the Middle East.
I know I'm an Amerimutt, but both of my parents, and practically all my extended family, are immigrants from southern Italy. I've taken a decent enough time to look in the mirror, and my skin appears pretty Caucasian, not even a trace of olive-colored skin.
So if I'm considered black, would I be allowed to say "nigga" and not get kicked out of school?
Are Italians Black/Arab?

Italians aren't even one group of people. They were two different ethnic groups with different languages that got put into one kingdom under Napoleons control for bureaucratic reasons. They then made everyone adopt the same language and forged a new national identity. But those in the north are more related to Germans then they are to those in the south.
My ex university in Rome (John Cabot University) cost around 7,000 euro per semester, without scholarship.
it is a good place, people are nice, nobody is too much politically correct (of course nobody is going to kick you out of class because you are White). and it is still consider a uni abroad, so it may be good for your CV (but I don't know if your uni is better) .
Hmm.
I'm both Mediterranean and Greek.
