Everybody fought against everybody, half of Croats were partisans, half in Domobrani and Ustaše, serbs had so many četnik factions that they fought more beetwen zhemselves than against germans or partisans etc. There were even couple of battles where partisans fought soviets because soviets decided to "liberate" parts of yugoslavia that were already controlled by partisans. Ofc, partisans weren't feeling delighted with people from central asia raping around so they fought.
