Actually what really put the clinker on ISIS was when Pres. Trump cut off the funding that Obama was giving to the supposed "Syrian Rebels". Which we know only existed in the beginning of this war. So Pres. Trump effectively removed their financing enabling Assad and Russia to push them back and rid themselves of these barbarians.

I very much appreciate everyone's input. What started as an impulsive butthurt thread has evolved into something more beneficial. I, and I hope you too, have gathered many different opinions and with them - many ideas.
We are living in the age of madness. Some call it technological age, claiming in today's world we can communicate with anyone at anyplace at anytime should we only wish. Social networks, online communication and messengers are supposed to bring people together. But let me ask you this question: have an individual ever been so lonely? We distanced our selves from family. Friends are more of colleges. Relationships lost trust. Men are not men and women are not women. We are alone and we don't know who we are. Perfect soil for mind corruption and degeneracy.
We must change that. This is unacceptable and one must build a house on this swamp. It won't be easy nor safe, but this is the only way. The house we will build together will have a name. More and more people will want to join this house and live by its rules. It will offer consistency. It will give each member a name.

Trump is still dedicated to (((regime change))). Just wants to use different tactics. Yeah he may have removed CIA suport for the rebels (officially though. Is there any guarantee it isn't still going on off-the-books?) But he's doubling down on the ground there. Sending in way more troo- err, I mean 'advisors' (hehehe), building permanent US military bases. In a country where he has no right to be.
Obama was just as dedicated to the empire as Bush. But he used proxies. I don't understand the hate you most of you murfats have for him. He continued the cause of the empire (which you seem to love now that Trump is promoting it so don't pretend you hate that Obama promoted it), but unlike Bush he didn't have thousands of murfats coming home in coffins. Instead used proxies and fucktons of drones.
Trump is ditching the Obama tactics, and going back to Bush-style tactics. Boots on the ground, full-on war. I hope you're ready to be drafted, because looking at the new front Trump wants to open (fully committing to Syria, and possibly Iran and NK) you really don't have enough men otherwise.
