Should i stop taking these pills everyday

they gave me these because i was feeling depressed (sleeping all day) and anxious (too much to go outside) now i can operate but i feel numb. i dont care about anything. i just go through movemenys without thinking too much

Fuck these pills. Be yourself and work on yourself rather than be drugged in order to function in a stupid system where nobody asked you if you want to be part of.

There's no point to getting hooked on pills long term. So if you're not doing anything else to help you with your underlying problems then you're just going to fuck yourself long term.

take the pillz goy

Take the iodine red pill, user. Do exactly as the post says.

I've been on depression medicine that made me feel like a sponge and it also made my balls numb needless to say I quit that and started taking vitamins and getting exercise and I feel a lot better.

oxycodone is the best anti depressant if you do not abuse them. take 1-2 per day. DO NOT get addicted. skip every other day. stop taking shit that fucks your brain up. those things only make problem worse. they are only good for things like bipolar disorder,

Antidepressants are not a permanent solution, boyo. Get your life together while you're on them and then kick the habit. Maybe this time of functionality can be used to your advantage. Try to figure out what you want, make some progress toward that goal, and learn how to work with your depressive and anxious nature. THEN stop taking those god awful pills.

I very much recommend trying LSD and psilocybin mushrooms if you can. Psychedelics helped me completely eliminate my anxiety and depression. 25 tabs of acid can be had for less than $80 if you know where to look.

Good luck fag.

Enjoy your stunted thyroid

Are you exercising? Get into a good exercising and general every day routine of life and once you are back on your feet wean off of them with the help of your doctor. They suck, but life is kind of tedious regardless of the pills.

If I do this, will I die?

Iodine is flush in dairy products and eggs. Most of which are a key piece of the American diet. On top of that, if you don't actually look into your own diet it's likely that you're eating junk food and getting too much iodine. The guy is proposing a supplement. That's putting a bandaid on a festering wound. The correct solution is the properly watch your diet and know the nutrients you get everyday. If you rely on supplements you're going to keep on feeling like shit, because you think it's a cure-all... when most hardly do anything, because they don't synergize with other nutrients found in our natural diets.

Make a routine. Take your pills for the time being, but attempt to do a lot of cardio / weight lifting from here on out. Lose weight, eat right, exercise. Once you feel pretty confident you're adequately doing those three things, then consider getting off that medication. However, I've seen plenty of people with unhealthy lifestyles and diets, drop their meds and either end up homeless or commit suicide.

Nah, that's pretty safe. Some would even say too tame.

It bears mentioning that failing to taper meds can be an easy path to suicide or other effects of deranged thinking.

Sorry to hear user. I love you. It's up to you, I also have difficulty going outside, if it was me and I was able to get stuff done, work and save up money to move out (i think my anxiety is caused by where I live) and would consider it, just be numb until I have enough to move out and drop it, I would be concerned about what it's doing to my brain chemistry.

anyone had luck with meditation?

>Sleep all day, lethargic and anxious.
get some exercise desu. Lurk /fit/ more

It's no cure-all, but if you make even a simple, short daily practice of it then the effects become cumulative. In large part it's about training your ability for self-control and not allowing yourself to be so distracted that you can lie to yourself ad infinitum.

The pills balanced out the chemical side of depression, but you still need philosophical meaning and useful purpose to fix the rest. Think of it like diabetes: the insulin regulates your blood sugar, but you still need to eat right. Same with depression. Do something important or you will never feel right in the head.

To start: CLEAN YOUR ROOM

Stop taking them, You were feeling depressed for a reason, numbing yourself does not fix the problem

lower the dose and slowly get off of them

I was neet and super anxious and had to take ADs and tranqs for a while to get my life back on track, got a job a gradually quit pills - they are just a crutch to help you recover and get back to normal life

Take Saint John's Wort instead

It's cheap, effective, natural and proven to be effective. I've heard Passion flower is good for anxiety but I haven't tried it. Avoiding stimulants like caffeine works until you can get your head on straight and modify your thought processes before you end up in a panic. Takes a while but it does work.

Visit that site, regarding wort, before you take this faggot's advice.

If you work out everyday, you won't even need these pills anymore. I was taking 1mg Clonazepam three times a day and lexapro (forgot the dosage) for close to 10 years. Started working out 6-7 times a week, and I havent taken a single pill in over a year. I've probably shortened my life from those pills, don't make the same mistake user.

liste here retard soyim:

>stop taking that shit

>stop drinking alcool
>stop smoking
>make friends

Take your meds dumbass…

I have had excellent results, but finding the right meds can sometimes be frustrating… It's important to get a good diagnoses

>Iodine is flush in dairy products and eggs.
I'm lactose intolerant and don't eat many(if any) eggs- I have every symptom of iodine deficiency listed, although who doesn't when they check WebMD or similar- is it reasonable to believe that taking an iodine supplement and trying to cut an amount of salt from my diet would help me feel more energetic?

>Take your meds dumbass…
Yeah, better drink tap water and brush with Colgate, you need a bit of fluoride for the meds to work their best.

Exactly how many dicks are you sitting on right now?

It costs basically nothing to find out. I started on iodine for Fukushima purposes and found that it did basically nothing that I could be convinced wasn't placebo.

I put it in the "inexpensive and presents no danger in moderation, so why not?" category.

>I'm lactose intolerant and don't eat many(if any) eggs

There are plenty of other foods with iodine in them. PLENTY. Eggs and dairy products just happen to be staples of American diets.

>I have every symptom of iodine deficiency listed, although who doesn't when they check WebMD or similar

There are plenty of other things that have identical symptoms. Hell, lack of proper sleep and malnutrition practically tick the same marks. If there's an enlarged squishy bump around and just above your adam's apple, then you might have something. But all the other symptoms are too vague to identify.

>is it reasonable to believe that taking an iodine supplement and trying to cut an amount of salt from my diet would help me feel more energetic

I think supplements are garbage. A governer of my state is the reason why the supplement market in the U.S. isn't regulated by the FDA. There are plenty of nutrition resources for you to look at online. One of which is examine.com. It's fantastic and cuts out all the bullshit "facts" being fed to you by food industries. Look up something and it'll give you peer-reviewed articles regarding positive, negative, or no effects from that thing. I'd seriously suggest you spend one or two days of serious homework on nutrition (4+ hours). Figure out what you need per day, per week. Then create a spreadsheet to track your stuff or use fitness apps (usually have food dietary information preloaded). Don't forget exercise.

The only supplement I'd suggest at the moment is vitamin D. Especially since you're in the northern hemisphere. If you're not spending much time outside, start popping the necessary vitamin D values. That'll help with the "winter blues." It's one of the few supplements that has been shown to actually provide beneficial results to those deficient in vitamin D.

>Exactly how many dicks are you sitting on right now?
Just mine, the commie flag is a larp.
