Onething I liked about the VN so far, the bit where Kazusa was all serious about how she wouldn't let Haruki fuck up the Sound of Destiny solo under her tutelage and that she had faith in him, was REALLY touching.
No kissing or hugging or declaration of love, just being there for him, believing in him and absolutely refusing to let him fail.
Also that episode was adorable.

Well, one thing I think that sets this apart from most other love triangles is that Kazusa's and Setsuna's relationship is just as important as how they felt about the boy in the traingle.

It was hard finishing the series especially the setsuna arc. I finished it because it's partly recommended and at the last episodes for Kazusa. I'd rather watch Yahari since it's the same shit but more comedic.

The translation is advancing at horribly low rate, like 5 lines per two weeks. It's safe to say that at this rate you would learn nihongo faster.

Anyways, even if they do support Setsuna, they never really consulted the MC about what he actually wants. They fucking lash out at him talking about or thinking of it. As if the concept of breaking up didn't and shouldn't even exist. I count three times that happened and I watched it this week. It's one-sided and there's no room for discussion. I think the MC is a dumbass for not breaking things up for a breather. But then I realize people surrounding him are pinning him down with their "support" for both parties and shooting him down whenever he tries to weigh his feelings.

If an adaptation can't give you a substantial glimpse of his character then he isn't worth shit in the first place. Shirou is from a shitty VN but you can determine how fucked up he is by the end of a cour. Sure it's not deep but it's not some empty slate who's only noteworthy characteristic is "I'm an indecisive guy who likes to nag at people because I'm a responsible former class rep" and ends there.
He is not indecisive though.
