Will people who study a certain science their entire life (Phsyics, Chemistry etc ) and end up becoming the top of a field would they fight to keep that position even if proven wrong??
If a new person came with a new improved theory that contradicts this scientists entire life pursuit, would they roll over and congratulate the new theory. Or would they attack and try to descredit this new threat to their position.
Has Science been twisted into another means to control people. Because i truly believe it has.

Most of them will do this, because if they're proven wrong they'll lose their jobs and funding. Unless you're a truly autistic genius like Tesla, money will dictate you consider science. Best example is global warming/climate change research. Notice that every every climate change research claims that humans are responsible for the end of the world because that's literally what they are paid to do. If you go and look at the grants they all are about blaming human activity so if you post anything that's contradicts this hypothesis, you simply won't get money.

Work on your naivete. Everyone's got an angle, and people like to be attached to things/ideas. Once you threaten to pull the rug underneath them, then expect resistance especially if you do so unkindly. You cannot expect an individual who has been operating one way for 30/40/50/60/70 years to take change so light heartedly. That takes great wisdom, or great ignorance to be so willing to change.

Read Kuhn. Paradigm shifts are messy and science, more or less, advances as the old generation dies and is replaced. Tesla spent part of his later years trying to disprove Einstein's relativity and tie everything back to electricity.

No, because that is the essence of hard sciences. You make a hypothesis, you test it and when you can prove it beyond doubt, you go with it. If one day, it is disproven due to technological advancement or because someone smarter has found the error in your proof, then so be it. People that do what you describe in OP are those niggers that are anything BUT real scientists. Because science is not a religion nor can it contradict God. It is something "human" so to speak, therefore naturally prone to error one way or the other. And people that glorify science religiously are retards. And what you describe furthermore, regarding the "control thing": That is due to what I said before. People being ungenuine about things that were found. So "science" has not been twisted. The soft un-scientific fields like sociology and psychology and the likes have been mostly taken to reinforce agendas. You will not find that in hard sciences - because there, the people are concerned with understanding the world, not shaping society.
