His debates with Jared Taylor and MillennialWoes, and his video "An Honest Look at the Alt Right", show that he doesn't view us as a boogeyman (even though he's not on our side). I cant think of many things I disagree with him on, he sees the benefits to capitalism, liberty, and so on but is skeptical of the EU and of migrants and thats essentially where I sit. Atheism was a stepping stone for a lot of skeptics that lead them to delve further into politics. Thats primarily why the Atheist community had a huge split a few years ago where it became the skeptic crowd and the atheist+ crowd.
The skeptic community was really born out of the opposition to the extreme progressivism and anti-liberty positions that the far left community were taking inside the atheist crowd, this split was highlighted best during gamergate.
Most of the skeptics have moved further and further right as a reaction to the extreme lefts politics which is likely why their focus isnt on religion anymore, because there are more pressing concerns about the lefts cultural control.
