I know im late, but I just finished Code Geass R2. I thought the ending was great, and left me satisfied. What is the third season even gonna be about?

Also, does Pizza Hut make a return?

>What is the third season even gonna be about?
The power vacuum left behind after the collapse of a worldwide empire, and the source of geass or something, probably.
The current meme pizza in Japan is Dominos.

Its gonna be an slice of life about C.C and Lulu living together

Every thread. Just because.

>implying the shirlster is actually dead
She'll be back, you'll all fucking see.

>does pizza hut make a return

I didn't even fucking think of that, will Pizza Hut still be sponsoring it? That would be pretty cool, reminds me of Nichijou doing that Snickers promotion.

10/10 would watch

Unless someone has power of resurrection and really and really wanted Shirley back for some reason, not happening

Shirley will be Orange-chan.

Literally on the last episode myself OP

Is Code Geass: Akito the Exile worth following up on?

Havent watched yet. Most likely will when i get some time to kill.

Akito is okay and nothing more. Don't expect much other than some pretty cool robot fights. Watch if you are alright with that.

Any of the other OVAs or side pieces contribute more to the story? Or are they just filler.

None of the side content is vital, at least not so far, but you can watch it and see if they do something for you.

Damn.

I know this has been a tired question since the end of R2 but

>What is the likelihood that Lelouch is the wagon driver?

Lelouch will talk to Shirley in the World of C like Charles talked to Clovis.

Since R3 was confirmed, 99%.

Could it not be the story of Suzaku? Or perhaps the Son of Lelouch?

>implying he didn't get some during that entire power trip or when he was just an average highly desirable high school student in the beginning of R2

The subtitle is (rumored?) "Lelouch of the resurrection" or something like that so no.

With a title like "Lelouch of the resurrection" I doubt that Lelouch wouldn't be the MC.

It's gonna be Fifty shade of Lamperouge with Lelouch basically fucking the shit out of Kallen.

What else might be interesting ? serisouly ?

I hope they keep the huge titties and ass shots in R3.

We all know she will be back.

Britannian Empress Nunally will reanimate Shirley's body with her Geass and use her to fight Lelouche

Has an air date been announced?

HOLY

SHIT

>kills her dad by suffocating him with a landslide
>doesn't tell her and makes out with her after the fact
lelouch is truly /ourguy/

will r3 be one or two seasons?

And I would imagine its gonna be kinda the same shit lelouch hiding his identity or something

>new masked mastermind named Orez
>nobody can figure out who this guy is

>it took me a full 15 seconds to get it
As I have just proven. Mankind is retarded as hell.

nah it's gonna be someone named One

Im game

Direction?

I'd watch the shit out of that.
I'd buy the Blu-ray and everything.

>Is Code Geass: Akito the Exile worth following up on?
No.

Yes Pizza Hut is coming

No. Lelouch is confirmed to be alive and will be the MC of S3.

It's more like 75%

There's a 25% chance they'll revive him from the dead in another, cart-less way.

We don't know

It could be a movie.

They might do something cute and not show him for a while though.

I want R3 to be another clusterfuck like R2 with another wild time on Sup Forums while we all go "Oh Geass No!" ...

> Its gonna be an slice of life about C.C and Lulu living together

Ah fuck it, I'd kill to watch that.

It'll probably have some parts that are Geass No and others that are Geass Yes, which wouldn't be surprising.

>Entire subplot dedicated to how people can lose control of their Geass.

>It's literally only relevant once and never again.

Wouldn't that have meant that Rolo would have eventually just died from stopping his heart forever?

Probably. Or he'd stop time indefinitely with no way to resume it for people even if they were removed from the sphere of influence.

Also losing control is the wrong term. The Geass evolving into a far more powerful version is more correct. The user may not be able to selectively choose when to use it or not but it become infinitely more powerful. The entire point of Geass is to get what the user wants. To have the power of the King.

A King does not hide his power or shuns his own authority. You and the characters are confusing losing control with becoming who they truly when the masks are dropped.

Also Callen was absolutely dicked after her capture.

>Subplot is introduced just for sake of creating drama or shock value and the show just drops it when it isn't useful anymore
That's Code Geass for you.

Actually, they did come back to it again and made that implicitly relevant. Just not like you probably expected.

Keep in mind it wasn't even about "losing control" in the strictest sense.

What C.C. originally said was about Geass powering up and people being consumed by it. Mao was the obvious example. He had Geass in both eyes and had to use other means to handle it.

As we later learn, however, it turns out C.C. didn't tell the entire story. Having a permanent Geass in both eyes is an issue, but it's also a preliminary step to gaining the Code.

Charles had Geass in both eyes and so did Lelouch by the end of the story. When he did gain his second Geass eye?

In R2 ep 21, which is basically at the same point his other eye went permanent in S1 (ep 22).

Given that S3 is coming up (in movie or TV format, we don't know), they'll confirm whether or not Lelouch got the Code.

That being the case, you could argue the subplot was still there. Just the elements were used in another direction than what you expected.

Republic?

>Code Geass: Picture drama
>ecchi still of the female characters in various nude poses for 6 minutes

I don't know how to feel about this

Punch?

Wait till you see the two in which lelouch dresses up as a girl

I did. I would have shit my spandex if they animated those two dancing the way the still presented.

I think the cross-dressing picture drama from S1 is pretty good so watch that too.

Boy I just traveled back to 2004
