Yes, she was kidnapped. But she wasn't shot. It was when she had her leg broken and she couldn't use her abilities because of the pain. Anzu got there, too and gave Hina an aspirin, which made her go berserk and destroy the building.

But that was Nitta, not Hina. The translation implies they are talking about Hina. But they could also mean the fact that Nitta was checked for firearm possession in that chapter.

Personally, I'm not very sure myself whether or not they were referring to Hina or Nitta. I know whoever they were talking about got targetted
