A waifu is a metaphysical concept, not a definite existence. A waifu is a collection of aspects which form the idea of a girl which someone loves dearly.
You can technically create an "existence" for your waifu as you see her by making an imaginary friend/tulpa which possesses all of her qualities, but physically existing would make them stop being a waifu and instead they would just become a person.
