Imagine that the production company wants to cash in on the emerging thicc (or plain fat in my case) crowd and make their idols gain weight to make a niche idol group to appeal to them.

There's no set boob size associated with body fat percentage or fitness level, only a reduction of boob size. A girl who had huge boobs before losing weight and getting fit would not necessarily have small boobs, she would only have smaller boobs than before.

While metabolism does work differently for everyone, these differences are minimal and do not affect the way individuals gain/lose weight. Basically slow/fast metabolism is a huge lie and cheap excuse to be lazy

Its not gonna' do much if you keep eating at your current levels. The most important thing to weight loss is calories in/calories out so even if you do no exercise at all but continuously eat at a deficit you'll still lose weight. Therein lies the problem though. Its hard to stop yourself when you hit your max for the day but you're still hungry. It takes will power and patience.
