For all trolls who forgot where to get the source to start their own stalker thread cancer, here's the link to it.
Fuck off, stop spoonfeeding.
What about this one?
www27392u.sakura.ne.jp
It's the same, they're just using the amazon api + their own shitty algorithm to calculate pre-orders
Kemono Friends will blow everything out of the water, it isn't being calculated since it's on the book section in amazon but it will probably sell above 30k
>***,809 (***,870) ACCA
AOTS, they said
Konosuba don't give a fuck.
...
KonoSuba - 8k
Youjo Senki - 7k
GabDro - 3k
Gintama - 3k
Demi - 2k
Maidragon - 2k
LWA - 2k
One Room - 1.5k
Bang Dram - 1.5k
ACCA - 1.5k
Everything else flops harder
LWA comes out a full month after everything else. It will get to 3k.
KonoSuba - 8k
Youjo Senki - 7k
----------------------
Profitable line
----------------------
GabDro - 3k
Gintama - 3k
----------------------
Breakeven line
----------------------
Demi - 2k
Maidragon - 2k
LWA - 2k
One Room - 1.5k
Bang Dram - 1.5k
ACCA - 1.5k
It keeps dropping in the rankings, 3 weeks ago it was on the top 200s(average), now it's on the top 500s, at this rate it will be at the top 900s next month, meaning the preorders it manages to get in its last month will be meaningless. Plus it will clash with next season's shows, no one will care for it, just look at 3-gatsu, people used the same argument because vol1 also came out a month after everything else, but that didn't help much.
How will Kemono Friends and Rakugo do?
Kemono Friends - over 30k
Rakugo - 2k probably, it just came out so there's not much info.
Are fujos the only one left supporting the industry?
>Kemono Friends
But it's so awfully animated.
It's straight up ReBoot tier bad.
Yes. Sakugafags can't afford anime, so only fujos can save it.
I never learned how to read these damn number
Yaoi on Ice also had shit animation and it's selling more than LoveLive Sunchine, which also had shit animation. Animation doesn't really matter much, it's just the icing on the cake but won't drive sales.
Yes, and? Not even nips care about bad animation quality in their nip cartoon shows. They've been watching terribly animated shows made by themselves since forever.
>GabDro - 3k
Well, at least it's not flopping.
Who cares about the animation, really.
Did I accidentally go to /lit/?
Animation's quality is part of the experience, otherwise i might as well read a book.
There's enough written to last a lifetime and no weekly wait for next episode, and fillers are rare.
You better tell those japanese buyers how to better spend their money then!
>if you don't care about animation you might as well read a book
Kill yourself already.
>Everything else flops harder
Kemono Friends definitely doesn't flop.
Just saying that Senki doesnt even have half the points that Konosuba has
Why does it keep dropping? I don't watch the show, but I thought there was considerable hype for it, on Sup Forums at least.
wow desu ne
>People should buy anime for the animation
>People should buy games for the graphics
>People should buy books for the typography
In all fairness that doesn't make much sense.
It's not really popular in Japan, the high rank it had early on was because it already had a fanbase, similar to a season 2, it started strong but drops a few weeks after.
We had times when anime sold 50k. Anime really is dying. I am scared Sup Forums, what will happen to us? ;-;
It isn't dropping, it's been even in the 900s before and the new episode airs in a day and half.
We had two shows last season which sold 50k+
Hype on Sup Forums, a gaijin-board where kids and teenagers pretending to be adults, and adults pretending to be teenagers gather around to post their hearsays and second-hand information acquired from chinese whispers and deliberate misinformation is literally the least valuable measure ever for an anime doing possibly well in Japan.
>>People should buy anime for the animation
>>People should buy games for the gameplay
>>People should buy books for the prose
Was it that hard?
If people only cared about good animation, then everyone would only buy western cartoons.
All meh sales apart from Konosuba. Sasuga DEEN.
You shouldn't expect your average Sup Forumsutist to know what prose is.
That was many years back user...
Anime is still a storytelling medium, animation is just a tool, retard.
Fujoshit doesn't count. Sup Forums is a board for men, we don't care about shows for women.
It was a full three months
someanithing.com
Sup Forums delete yourself
>Western cartoons
>Good animation
>Sup Forums is a board for men
O-oh...that is a shame...I think this is a great place for women, at least I enjoy it since anons are cute and not like the men I know.
You probably think artstyle means animation.
And don't post stuff from the last century to make a point.
So are novels and videogames.
And people would rightfully call you a retard if you judged Finnegans Wake and Super Mario Bros for their storytelling.
The only animation on par with japan is/was avatar aang and kora, everythin else looks like it's drawn by highschool "artists".
>Anime is still a storytelling medium, animation is just a tool, retard.
And tools may be utilised poorly, like using a screwdriver to hammer in nails.
>Western cartoons
>good animation
People should buy games for the gameplay, the thing that makes them apart from other media.
Like wise animated shows should be animated well, or at least be stylised.
But a book is just that, story without visuals.
Bake and Madoka sold 70+ without event tickets. We don't see sales like that anymore.
What does that have to do with anything? People don't buy anime for the animation, the best selling works have mediocre to shit animation. Why can't you sakugafags deal with it? Animation is nice but it isn't everything.
Since when bad animation means no visual?
Sorry you grew up in the 2000's brah, you missed out.
Yeah. Like Adventure Time, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, or Star Wars.
>replying
Don't be a newfag.
Disc sales are declining but Oso did have a 115k volume last year.
>Amazon Average Rankings & Stalker Points for Vol1
Why is this in the OPs now?
Sunshine had decent animation. Less QUALITY than YOI but also less ambitious. Some episodes like the one where Mari and Kanan have their thing looked great. The CG wasn't amazing but it was a lot better than ยต's LL.
>anime should only be judged for its animation!
Wew, we better throw everything Osamu Dezaki ever directed into the trash then!
Thanks for clearing out the mistake, neo-Sup Forums!
Just look how he is typing, he's not even trying to hide he's new.
Yes, thanks to the ticket. It dropped hard after that.
Still did 66k on average
Are you comparing Lupin to cell shaded dross?
Why should nips buy anime if they can stream it on Google Play, Netflix, Giao! and Abema TV whenever and wherever they want?
They don't need to buy the anime anymore if they want to rewatch it again.
Well, anime is a visual genre.
Why should I pay for a power point BD if reading the LN is the same experience?
>they don't need to buy the anime anymore if they want to rewatch it again
Buying something means a lot more than just rewatching, especially for the nips.
If every episode of something looks like a quality thread I doubt you are going to think highly about it
It's a lot but not the same.

>Every anime is an LN adaptation
This is what Sup Forums has become. It's really sad when you think about it. Also
>Reading LN at all
For extras?
Aika is not a boy
But back then, they were forced to buy the discs, because it was the only way to rewatch it outside from going to disc rental stores, hoping for a rerun on their regional TV channel or waiting for a recap movie (only possible if the show in question has lots and lots of episodes).
And nobody is going to keep their DVR-recordings of a shitty TV-broadcast quality shit forever.
Incentive to buy the anime discs has really lowered a lot.
Didn't know LNs came with buttons to play voice clips.
I said that because almost every anime this season is a LN adaptation.
The priority tickets to buy the tickets for the actual live-event show where you can meet voice actors or go to a concert are the main thing.
The anime is just some worthless extra that then gets resold on e-bay or amazon for cheaper.
Your precious 80s and 90s cartoons were mostly outsourced to Japan, TMS specially. Newer cartoons are Korean made.
Daily reminder one room is a 4-minute short so the sales than seiren.

So why is Seiren doing so poorly anyway? Wasn't Amagami popular?
>two series
>almost every anime
Exactly 3 anime are based on a LN this season, and one of them is a second season.
Lurk more.
NO I DONT BELIEVE YOU
ANIME IS DYING BECAUSE OF LNs!
Interactive phone novels will replace light novels and mobage as the source for late-night anime.
Those exist?

user you see those points? Its how many copies have been pre ordered
It blows every other show away
Yet it's not selling now because the anime gone stale as shit kek

Is this what they teach in stalker threads nowadays?
If you combine every version of konosuba it outsells every other show combined top kek

Dead as fuck. Then again, not unexpected.
