He's the direct counterpart of frieza. He's a way for Toriyama and Toyotaro to keep Frieza in the story but without it being Frieza.

In 4 months frieza was at least twice, probably three or four times as strong as frost, who clearly has actually trained in his time.

The quote about them being asexual freaks is more recent than this one though, and given that Toriyama is the one that designed the "frieza's race" avatars for heroes and xenoverse and all that stuff, one would assume that they are in fact a race.

I was saying that frost, even after training for a few months, wouldn't reach rof frieza power because he's not gifted like frieza. It would take him years to reach that power, if at all.

And unless i'm wrong, they never actually said that Frost trains, it's just that he gives that "vibe". If Frost hasn't trained at all, then he is even more of a prodigy than Frieza.

What i meant was that we don't know if he trained to obtain the power level he had in the U6 tournament, and if he did we don't know how much he trained to obtain that power level, we also don't know what the gap is between a "mutant" fridge and a non mutant one, remember that Gold Frieza was much stronger than SSB, he just lost because of arrogance(again), if the gap isn't large enough even if Frost isn't a mutant(and we don't know if he is or isn't) then he could still be a match for an SSB.
