This is pretty true with this show. In the manga she is cute but definitely not the main focus. The show however she is the absolute highlight of any scene. She doesn't need to even have any lines and yet she is still the best part of that scene.

When I think of "stole the show" I'm imagining a side character stealing the spotlight from a main character. As such a few characters come to mind.
Kisara, Kurumi, Ayase, Megumin, Momo/Yui, Utaha, and Kougyoku.
All of them overshadowed the main heroines of their series.
