Yes really, DxD just has that something that keeps me coming back to talk about it. I watch several shows every season but never feel compelled to discuss them or delve further into the source material unlike DxD.

Odin left her because he didn't want her nagging about all the shit he pulls. I'm drawing a blank on why Rias gave Rossweisse to Issei though. Everyone that came after Issei was made a Pawn is now with him. Asia,Xenovia,Rossweisse everyone left with Rias is loyal to her. i'm assuming she wanted to cut off the ones more loyal to Issei.
