The dogakobo s2 wasn't Mikakunin

>the dogakobo s2 wasn't Mikakunin
Why must we suffer?

What was it then?

Dogakobo wanted a sansha s2, and hopefully an s3 they could call 三者三葉三期. They're suffering too.

New Game

New Game!
Honestly I would pick Love Lab over Mikakunin even if Kobeni is my fiancee.

>memeshow gets a sequel instead of the good ones

Welp at least the fanservice was good.

Well fuck.

Is there enough chapters for a second season of new game though?

Love Lab would been great instead of generic moeshit S2

But good things aren't allowed to happen

There is no justice in this world

>sanshashit fags still think that interview means something
They said they realy enjoy working on New Game s2 too. SS is nothing special, I'm pretty sure they "had fun" making almost any of their anime.

Hey, I like New Game and Mikakunin. Why can't we have both?

Because New Game is an empty and soulless series made solely to pander a specific demographic, literally a meme show. Hey, I like it too, but at side of a masterpiece like Mikakunin with actual content, is literally shit.

They said the same thing for everything they made, it's their fuckng work, sanshatards stick to that deluded notion cause they know SS is the bottom of the barrel of SoLs.

>Mikakunin season 2 never
>Nozaki-kun season 2 never
>Love Lab season 2 never

>no Plastic Memories S2

>Forced Memories

Doga Kobo anime thrive on memes, even Mikakunin. And while Mikanunin has a little more focus on plot, many of the characters (specifically the side ones) were a little weaker than that of New Game imo. The aspect of Mikanunin that really leaves you wanting another season is the lack of closure, which is not present in New Game.

I think I would prefer a Sansha Sanyou S2.

Also
>Donten ni Warau will never get the love it deserves.

I like New Game but LL or Mikakunin would've been better.

sauce me fampai

>many of the characters (specifically the side ones) were a little weaker than that of New Game imo.
What the fuck, New Game characters are basically 1 dimensional cardboards just waiting there for the right joke to just fall on them. Even the camera girl on Mikakunin had more personality and backstory in the little near nonexistent screen time she had than the whole cast of New Game.

I forgot that camera girl existed, so I can't comment on her. On top of that none of the characterization in either series is exactly nuanced, so this argument is pointless from either side.

>I didn't watch the show past the first 3 episodes

Why would you want to?

>tfw the twist in Mikakunin actually caught you by surprise

Are you implying he had any credibility to beging with? "These characters are shit because I say so" sure doesn't count as one.

That faggot deleted his comment.

Twist?

>you will never have a wife like kobeni or a daughter like mashiro
>you aren't a good enough person to deserve one anyway

Aside of Nene and Aoba none of the other characters had any kind of development, all of them were 1 note joke/trope. Sure, you might say that New Game doesn't have a plot or a story to develop, but that just give me the reason of what i'm saying.

What's going on with dogakobo anyway? They've been around for ages (1973 according to the wiki) but since Yuruyrui they've been regularly making great shit.
Don't know shit about how things work in corporate Japan, but how does that work?

Kyoani's been around since 1981 but only produced their first anime with full metal panic I think.

Kou clearly goes through an arc in becoming more confident in her own social skills, while Rin helps to encourage her to achieve this. Hifumi starts to open up when Aoba talks to her, making her less distant and less intimidating to others. Pretty much every character gets this treatment besides the director, so I still disagree and think you were so quick to label them as one-dimensional archetypes that you missed vital characterization that differentiates them.

because shit show is shit

But gay video game nerds get a second season.
