Poor Toda. He's honestly trying to be mature.
Mousou Telepathy 178
Who?
Poor Toda
>Blushing
Poor Toda for literally just winning? Okay mate.
Toda. He's the only other soccer player we know in the series.
Just admit you like Toda already so we can go home.
theres at least 100 untranslated chapters of kohai ntr bait
we're on this ride for a while longer
she's such a fucking bitch
...
ntr????
Shimizu is too cute. Too bad he's going to lose.
Sasuga, Croissant
just to be sure, she's talking about toda in the last panel here right? or am I retarded?
rip toda
New Guy also plays soccer (real football)
I mean I like Shimizu but come on already. False Leads are so wasted on these plots especially when they're written to be likable.
>but please don't fall in love for him
Classic toda
>Chapter titled "Who?"
>She's talking to ADHD boy and mentions about how she's never seen someone play football
>Toda is the only other person who plays football, and the clear winner of the Nakanobowl.
>Introducing a love rival this deep late into the series.
Why do this when everyone knows he stands no chance?
I like him more than Toda, it is a shame he will lose.
Maybe he will get paired with Mana eventually
To spice things up, of course. Of all the author's option, she chose this one to move the narrative along and further egg Toda on since he can't seem to move his own ass..
Are you everywhere shieldbro?
Toda will presumably be playing at the same time, though it's almost certainly the other guy she's talking about seeing. However, seeing both that guy and Toda on the field might make the decision harder.
We also have to think about this from both of the boy's perspectives. Both want to win over Nakano at this point, and if she says she's going to the game, then they both might try to overexert themselves to get her attention. This new guy will probably go above and beyond to impress her, which might end up making him make mistakes because he's more focused on her than the game.
At the same time, Toda will want to impress her, but it's more low-key for him. He can't just go out and showboat because it'll be too obvious. Instead, he'll just try his best and play like he normally does, with only a little bit of pressure to impress Nakano.
So, in the end, what will happen? I'm not sure but I'm interested.
Of course, I can't read nip, but if they translated it like it's supposed to have been, the text flow makes it apparent it's Toda. It can't be Kouhai because Nakano has never seen him play at all, unlike Toda. Had she said "I've never seen him play before" then it could be open ended, but that's just simply about Toda.
I'm pretty sure he doesn't do much. I think the most of a moment he's gotten was when he loses the semi-finals and cries about his loss, but he's still not proactive in his crush.
In other news, I just want Mana to be happy.
>paired with Mana
poor guy
I think Nakano might go for this guy. He's really refreshing, considering how awkward and introverted every other male in her world seems to be. They all agonize over what to say, and it pisses Nakano off considerably because she can hear all their excuses and reasons why they don't ask out that girl or do whatever else.
Croissant should also push the two together, because it gets Nakano out of the way and gives her a shot with a recently heartbroken Toda.
About new hotness:
>I don't like him
About old and busted:
>Well, that is a part of what I like about him
I get wanting to be a good friend and give them a chance, but even subconsciously you don't like the guy that would actually help out your situation?
Can we just go back to Nakano, Croissant and that other guy doing cute stuff already.
