I would start looking at the numbers related to their increase in retirement age as a function. Whatever that number is, + whatever information you can get on their current healthcare status spending and other government run programs should start giving you a trajectory I think. That depends on what you mean by lose. My guess is that it won't go away, it will simply reach the point where most people will be forced to get private healthcare anyway. This may happen in the next 10-15 years or not at all.
Most Americans who want universal healthcare and use Sweden as an example seem to be unaware that if you actually have health insurance in the US it's going to be vastly superior to anything available in Sweden. In Sweden, you don't do regular checkups (unless your employer pays for it), you have to wait months or years for even simple surgeries and treatments, pregnant women are regularly sent long distances (sometimes even abroad to Finland) to give birth to their children, and it's not actually free. Every time you go to the hospital it costs you roughly 200 sek ($25) at minimum, more if you're seeing a doctor.
In Swedish schools, they will indoctrinate kids into believing that Sweden has the best healthcare in the world. This is just one of many lies that the Swedish government tells the Swedish people. Another one is that systembolaget (government alcohol monopoly) has the widest range in the world. A more familiar one on Sup Forums is that Sweden is becoming safer over time, that immigration is economically beneficial to Sweden or that immigrants aren't overly represented in crime statistics.

Probably need to look for some university reports or something. What I know is that it is almost impossible to say. it's a fragmented kind of process. There is already a significant number of people who "de facto" is not covered by universal healthcare btw, even though they should be in theory (and by law). Hard to say how many though. It can happen because they get turned away at clinics, either directly or because the process is so drawn out and awful that they choose to stop trying. This is often true for old people, because there is waaay to many old people in relation to the rest of the population, and they all have similar (and many) issues. Free healthcare for migrants doesn't help tho, but the private alternatives uses some weird insurance thing and only takes references from certain physical therapists etc. to get around having to admit them.
Upper middle class and over does not use the public stuff btw. We only use private alternatives, which is still covered by your health insurance - kind of like how it works in the US. Health care is really, really not an issue. When i had a back injury I went to one of the best orthopedists in my part of the country (who works a lot with pro athletes), cost me about $200... I then spent the night at a nearby ski resort, relaxing with some jaeger and lingonberry vodka shots in their spa, and later partying with some fit and hot german and british skiing tourists, which cost me about 5 times that sum.
Sweden does not suck if you have a decent income. Same as in every other country. It is really, really nice, in fact. I will never leave. Don't believe the memes.
