I'm sick of living in the UK. I'm 23, have around £15k saved up, no debts. I want to live in the US, I'm thinking Texas. I have no family in the US though and my current work won't facilitate getting a job over there. I'm not attached to this job though and am pretty happy to do whatever.
Can I get a green card, hop the pond and find a place to live and a job in the land of the free or should I be looking elsewhere?
