They said they will take up to 21 days. They said 240gb they start throttling down to 128 kbs line. Don't know why they would lie about that but it starts at 100 gb, from further research.
The sheer amount of fuckery that i have gone through the last 3 weeks to try and get it in before christmas. But alas. I has to wait till January to get my line in.
And just for the record, they throttle you anyway at random times. UFD a South African youtuber was throttled so hard for weeks he couldn't stream at 144p, every time calling in on the livestream, the bulllshit shat to him was so soul crushing.

NN NEVER stopped blocking or throttling.
The FCC never stopped that.
It's the FTC's non-competitive practices regulation that did that.
ISPs have ALWAYS been able to block and throttle. Even under NN, it explicitly states they can do so. They just need to inform you they're doing it. Like, say, by changing their EULA and burying it in 8 point font in the middle of a 40 page document you never read before clicking "accept".
FTC, on the other hand, does NOT allow this. This is considered deceptive practices to the FTC. FCC doesn't care. What the FCC DOES care about are OBSCENITY LAWS. These allow them to censor public utilities like Television. They would GLADLY apply them to the internet.
So, the reality is we learned more, and adjusted our stance on it. People make mistakes.

Will I really be affected by losing NN? Are companies actually planning to use this to sell access to certain packages of websites much like TV packages or is that kike propaganda? The companies advertise 120mbits per second for X amount of dollar. They have to provide that. If their shitty inrastructures cannot handle their advertised plans, then they should do one of the follows:
1. Upgrade their shitty infrastructures
2. Change their plans to reduce available internet speed
3. close shops and gtfo
Because ultimately, it is not what you do on the internet that tax their system, its the amount of data you use. Whether that data is from netflix, youtube or from hentai porn, it doesn't fucking matter. If they cannot handle the load, they should either upgrade their infrastructures, or reduce the amount of customers they provide internet to.
