Obviously wouldn't include every nation in the Northern Hemisphere. And it would possibly include some nations in the southern. Just like how Australia is considered part of "The West" even though it's not physically in the west at all.
Germanics, Celts, Slavs, Latins, Nords, Koreans, Japanese, and maybe Taiwanese chinks or even some flips clearly have more in common with each other than Niggers, Kikes, Muslims, and other equatorial races. Latitude is the least significant aspect.
