1. America is the only nation that really has the ability to project power, sure China has millions of soldiers but you need to put them on boats to get anywhere, thats where America's 11 aircraft carriers come in compared to China and Russias combines 3.
2. Superior Naval and Air forces under America with far superior amounts of training time provided by our massive military budget.
3. It would be as simple as bombing the major population centers into oblivion, even if it came down to slinging nonnuclear ICBMs at each other America has progressed the farthest with anti missle technology.
4. It would be impossible to occupy Russia or China, best outcome would be bombing major population centers into submission and then suing for peace.

US, Israel, and Saudis alone have enough military, and economic power to win that war. The other nations would just make it even more one sided. China has a large army, but doesn't really have the means to support it in the field, and their navy is meme worthy.
