Is this how far up their own asses the Left has climbed? We're giving legal personhood to mountains now?
theguardian.com/world/2017/dec/22/new-zealand-gives-mount-taranaki-same-legal-rights-as-a-person w eb.archive.org/web/20171222141610/theguardian.com/world/2017/dec/22/new-zealand-gives-mount-taranaki-same-legal-rights-as-a-person >Mount Taranaki in New Zealand is to be granted the same legal rights as a person, becoming the third geographic feature in the country to be granted a “legal personality”. >Eight local Māori tribes and the government will share guardianship of the sacred mountain on the west coast of the North Island, in a long-awaited acknowledgement of the indigenous people’s relationship to the mountain, who view it as an ancestor and whanau, or family member. >The new status of the mountain means if someone abuses or harms it, it is the same legally as harming the tribe. >In the record of understanding signed this week, Mount Taranaki will become “a legal personality, in its own right”, said the minister for treaty negotiations, Andrew Little, gaining similar rights to the Whanganui river, which was granted legal personhood earlier this year. >As part of the agreement the New Zealand government will apologise to local Māori for historical breaches of the Treaty of Waitangi against the mountain, although local tribes will receive no financial or commercial redress. >The new laws being introduced honoured and reflected their world view, Albert said, and were setting a precedent for other Māori tribes in New Zealand to follow in Whanganui and Mt Taranaki’s footsteps. >“We can trace our genealogy to the origins of the universe,” said Albert. “And therefore, rather than us being masters of the natural world, we are part of it.”

I climb mountains often, helps me get away from society cause hood nighers and poor people never used to climb mountains. Leftists i find up there never discuss politics, too fucking tired for that.
But then corrupt politicians started selling mining rights to companies, mountain indians started to divert riverbeds for illegal mining, and tourists companies started giving uncontrolled tours to douchebags.
Now the mountain is full of tons of garbage, the water has mercury on it so you cannot refill, and i get the same excitement of climbing the local dumpster than i do going up there again.
The human rights thing for the mountain is silly but i agree that motherfuckers should be shot if they mess with these places.
Andrew Phillips
So long as none of the natives stop me from climbing it i'm fine.
Gavin Morris
Yeah, I love getting out into the outdoors and I don't exactly object to this. Anything that protect nature and the wilderness is good by me.
Mostly it just seems silly in an amusing sort of way. Brought a smile to my face.
I'm sorry to here your local escape got shitted up. The biggest problem we have to deal with is the local councils deciding everything's too dangerous and putting some ugly-ass waist high fence along the edge of a mountain in the hope that no one will be able to sue them after they fall off taking a selfie. When I found out they were fencing off this spot I wanted to kill some cunts.
Ayden Martinez
Anymore lewd mountain pics Bruce?
Justin Ward
Yeah there is really nothing better than dropping out of society for 2 days and retreating into the bush, Good for a healthy mind.

This, these amerifats don't understand that natural landscapes are one of the biggest parts of national heritage. They'd rather destroy their mountains since they get in the way of Jewmarts and McCuck's
Juan Young
Why is it blurred out? And why did you post a blurred out photo dumb ass OP? This is the internet, fuck that shit.

To make this thread a little more pol related When did everyone here last get a chance to step out and enjoy some nature. I'm convinced there's something very deep in the human psyche that responds to being deep in the woods or swimming in natural water alone or with just a few people you care about. It does wonders to clear one's mind of all the shit you see going on in the cities, not to mention keeping you physically healthy.

is that Laura fucking JOOmer?

I want to marry a mountain. Then I want the government to give me tax breaks and free shit for being married.
Oh and also make polygamy legal so I can marry a chick too.

Natural landscape = Natural Mess
We are human beings: it's our duty and privilege to have dominance and exercise our will upon the earth to organize, use, and maximize the earth and those lesser things upon it.
Brandon Brooks
God I fucking hate thotties.
Landon Wood
but you'd build McCuck's and Jewmart instead of mountains. Aside from that, human architecture can enhance natural landscapes as seen in pic related.
Caleb Barnes
>tfw thots are now ruining the mountains too

Suck a dick. Damaging nature to the extent that it keeps you alive is fine, to extract resources at an unnecessary rate to get a few assholes wealthy is a crime against humanity.

You've never stripped naked after summiting a mountain? It's a normal human instinct to remove sweaty clothing and packs.
