Haven't seen or read anything more than a two line synopsis. But let me guess.
Guy bullies deaf girl because of internal insecurities.
Deaf girl does something DRASTIC
People around bully hate him for making kawaii deaf girl do said DRASTIC thing.
Bully gets bullied, realizes his life choices have fucked him.
Deaf girl takes pitty on "lost soul" despite all the bullying and DRASTIC measures.
Bully and bullied strike up relationship in which they get over their teenangst issues
Deaf girl is of course drop dead gorgeous flawless and pure.
Moral of story: bully as much victim of his actions as the bullied.
