The ancients were mankind. They fucked around with hyperspace energy, which was actually the power of the new world, which seems to be a sentient desire for the world to take on a new form, called the Will of the World.
Demons and humans are the result of mankind's research into the new world and the few people who didn't either transform or retreat into cyberspace respectively.
New World Organisms are creatures of the current world who have taken on the form the Will of the World wants them to have in the New World. Typically, this form is much more powerful.

So he intended to do that thanks to the snow? Not transform most of the empire into soldiers? Unlike the humans that are his only soldiers that really doesn't sounds obligatory at all.
Jose James
Thanks, that makes more sense now.

I also feel lost. But i think its something like this
-Every x years, the Will Of The World posseses different individuals, creates monsters/poison and it renews the world. Almost nothing from the previous world survives. -Ancients knew this was happening. They saved their minds in a box (AI, whatever) and created the demons to transfer their conciousness to them. Demons are resistant to the New World. -New Humans appeared. To avoid getting fucked by the Will, they turn into monsters that can resist the New World. By using the Power of Rule, the King can keep them in check as angels. -Heroes are probably formed by the Will Of The World too but unlike monsters they have their own ego or something. I dont really get this part.
Now: -Raphaed wants to make humans evolve into beings capable of surviving the new world. -Mikaros was brainwashed and wanted to bring the new world. -King-chan wanted to upload the minds of the ancients in Helck to fight the Will, since that failed he wanted to upload them in demons to resist the Will. -Helck wants to save humans and demons, god knows how. -Demon Empire is fighting against the Will Of The World.
There. I guess.

i'm too lazy to do it.

So if I got it right.
>Mankind discovers what they think is an unlimited source of clean energy so they use it all over. >Oops, the energy permeates everything and starts changing everything into some new stronger form. >Humanity on the decline and society collapsing. >They engineer life resistant to the changes caused by the energy, resulting in the demons. >In the end most of the remaining humans see that the "New world" is inevitable and opt to upload themselves into cyberspace rather than be killed or turned into monsters. >Demons left behind go on to form an empire. >Current humans are the descendants of humans who naturally had some resistance and didn't upload themselves. >Despite being resistant, current humans and demons can still be forcefully changed by the energy, usually resulting in mindbreak. >"Heroes" were humans who were changed by the energy but managed to retain their minds and personality. >Angels are people forcefully converted but are controlled through ancient tech.

I see. And the ancient had posessed the king of control the whole time, opposing the will of the world, and Mikaeros just never figured it out? Even after snuffing out those who got in contact behind the scenes?

This is my attempt at proofreading and fixing the dialogue a bit. or some other user who can read moonrunes, please check to see that I haven't butchered the original meaning of too much.
>you have a solid will Unwavering or resolute instead of solid.
>then I have no intent to treat you the same What does this mean, exactly? Treat him the same as Mikaros, as an enemy? Maybe it would be good to specify it. >the humans aren't your pieces Maybe there's a better way to word this. Maybe the humans aren't your lackeys
>helck rejected Helck has rejected >the one who should make their move is the ancient the one who should make their move next is the ancient
>I wonder where's the pragmatic guy. Is this translation correct? I can't tell if that's a question or a statement that the ancient is a pragmatic guy. >For now, there's a need to gather forces For now, we need to gather forces
>To once again establish Reestablishing >stay as humans in the next world. Does the original say "next" world or should it be "new" world? >We'll take it back in this world. We'll take this world back. >Take back out birthplace... We'll take back our birthplace... >We can't just send you off. Maybe use the words "let you go". It sounds better to me.
