Dropped.

Oh no, a day without a woman?

I've only been without a woman for 25 years. Doushio?

>tfw you're convinced that a man and a preteen are fighting for your affection when in reality they're fighting for their ideals

...

>tfw you're convinced that a man and a preteen are fighting for their ideals when in reality they're fighting for their lives

>empowered
Do you know what that word means?
dictionary.com/browse/empowered
>to give power or authority to
>to enable or permit
Do you see my problem already with this "empowered woman" meme? If a woman is empowered, it means the power comes from an outside source. She is permitted -by men- to be what she is. This is why it pisses me off when feminists speak about female empowerment. They basically mean "women are so weak, we should force men to pay more taxes [which they already de facto do] so we can make women stronger".

What we should celebrate are powerful women. Not women who are empowered by an outside source, those are just incompetent weaklings who benefit from the circumstances. What we should celebrate are powerful women, women who are either inherrently powerful (through their physical strength or talent) or have clawed their ways up the ranks to acquire power on equal footing with men. These powerful women also tend to hate feminists. Thatcher, anyone?

tl;dr: Fuck off. Off-topic thread. Post powerful women.

...

I should not be making this post. Please consider the following assumptions not as my own but as the basis for the feminist movement. I really do not want to invite a Sup Forums discussion even as I am typing this post. I am hypocritical.

Consider a person that is expected to stay at home and work there.
Would it be so strange for that person to ask to be allowed to leave the house?
Consider a person who has difficulty acquiring a job because the people who would have to hire her are prejudiced against that person. Would it be so strange for that person to ask to be enabled to work?

>empowered
>actually just insane

What the fuck was her problem?

>I am intimidated of women who hold higher power than I am in the workplace.

...

All men around her were stupid and useless.

how about we post "good" female characters we like instead of """empowered""" characters?

find me a better swordsgirl than oscar.

Best girl of Brotherhood.

That's a swordsman. You can tell by the way she's wearing a male uniform.

Gendered clothing is a social construct to choke women empowerment.

oscar is a girl with some masculine qualities
but she's still a girl

She is a man when she wears the uniform.
Just like you're a girl when you're wearing a skirt.
It works both ways.

Consider that neither of those things are true.

my thirst for girls with swords will never be quenched

>not as my own

You should get over that.

Then what point are you trying to make?

Reread the first line.

How does that relate to his post?

The post was explaining the use of empowered by the feminists, not by me. The "feminist movement" is mentioned immediately after the "not as my own".
I didn't wish to quote the post in little chunks for the next 30 posts.

She played everyone and got away with it

Greatest female lead of all time.

i want to die at the hands of marie!

...

i wish there were more MCs like jolyne

does Sup Forums believe gender is social construct now ?

offtopic but this thread is shit anyway: is revolutionary girl utena worth watching?

Watch it and find out.

No.

If you like pretentious 3deep5u crap then sure.

it's a "love it or hate it" kind of show. cool fights and cool music. many episodes focus on side characters. its highly metaphoric in some parts. give it a try and decide for yourself

what does the kangaroo represent?
Seriously, Utena has some of the worst filler episodes.

the "comic" episodes are pretty shitty i agree, except maybe the one about nanami laying an egg, you can skip the others. the one with cow nanami was kinda fun tho.

Hi there.

Is she cosplaying Dio?

...

Best answer in this thread.

...

Strong women? Ayla strong! Ayla allowed?

>She is a man when she wears the uniform.
And yet she took dick just fine in that uniform.
Fucking stupid degenerate.

...

She was a very gay man.

Not in ZZ she's not.

...

are robots allowed?

The fuck was her endgame

Damn, a lot of good taste in this thread.

>Instigate a brutal battle just so she could pick which is the better man for her
>Send Semi-Naked girls to confuse a 13 year old kid
>Happy when people head got chopped off

same!

IIRC there's some backstory stuff about maybe being raped and being a cyber newtype or whatever the V equivalent was. She's certainly no worse than Yazan in terms of being an evil psychopath.
