Does this really do well enough for 3 seasons? I love Rinne and am glad for more, but I didn't think it had enough interest for them to keep pumping out more seasons.

It's NHK and they have enough materials to adapt. In fact, they actually skipped some chapters which are just "okay" and don't contribute much to the story.

Fuck yeah I am. Not the best show of a season, but one of those comfy shows that lasts for two and always worth a watch.
