No, we don't use them for dairy; you don't have to separate calves from their mothers with dairy cows, though - it hurts overall productivity, but it's not a requirement for using them as a dairy cow. And that's even if they have calves at the time, it's a fine enough strategy to not breed your dairy cows except every so often to restock the herd - so long as you're milking them they will continue to produce milk.

Things like this make me question every image I see, I routinely Google every headline I find interesting because I cannot trust them to be accurate. Being in the "factory farm ebil dairy business" I can personally see all the things spewed here by vegan shitstains that are horrifically out of touch. The thing that bothers me the most though is that the term factory farm is always thrown around. What is a factory farm? At what point does does a farm get that status? When they upgrade their parlor to a double 16? Double 20? When they get more than 238 cows? More than 100 acres? I watched a video out of curiosity the other day about how evil I and other farm workers are and it was disheartening. You cityfags don't understand the circumstances around what you see. I saw cows that were down getting the hotshot and hiplifted (which btw is actually the most humane way of picking these massive retards up) cut in with scenes of cows that were permanently down and dying. When a cow goes down, as horrible as it looks, pretty much anything goes to get her back up. The alternative is that they literally give up on life and lay there until they waste away and die. People don't understand this, they have very little will to live, I personally think it's an evolutionary advantage for the herd as an animal taken down essentially sacrifices herself so the herd gets away. Pic related is the date of a cow who does not get back up, down cow is a dead cow. It sucks seeing them waste away, it happened to my friend scruffy, she was a good cow. I carried her water and food everyday in the sickpen, but in the end even she gave up.
