In other words, are the globalist Jews in the West working in tandem with the state of Israel, or do the former not care much for the latter, and are trying to achieve different goals?

In order for the globalist jews to truly be above any kind of law, they need two things:
1. An official nation of their own so they can be judged according to other standards than the countries they're parasitizing, along with the obvious extradition agreements..
2. Freedom to come and go to any host (i.e. country) of their choice so they can start their parasitizing.
Israel's vocation as of now is to be a safe haven for anyone who is deemed above any law, as well as a parasite factory. As such, it is not only supported by the globalist jewry, but its existence an absolute necessity to further their agenda.

They're just Jews in Israel. Different from Jews elsewhere. While most Jews do support Zionism - the idea of a Jewish homeland, many of them are still quite critical of Israel and support policies which, Israel at times, view as harmful or traitorous. If Jews really were a hivemind, Israel would be a lot more powerful and influential than it currently is. But I don't really fall for the "all Israelis are right-wing conservatives" meme. They are on security policies - which is quite understanding, I guess. But they're quite liberal on a lot of social policies internally - and they're somewhat socialist too. They're also more civic nationalists than ethnic ones - accepting of all Jews of different races, ethnicites and cultures -
European Jews, Asian Jews, African Jews, Arabic Jews etc -
all different cultures mixing. Regardless of what you think of it, Israel is still an extremely interesting project.
