Civil law makes absolutely no sense to me. If you know anything about the law, can you tell me how appealing a tort case even works? No. Black dude asked for a shift off on short notice, I told him he needed to get someone to cover for him, he called a female employee and screamed at her until she agreed to do it. I came in and she was freaked out and crying, so the next time I saw the black dude I wrote him up. This apparently shattered his ego and he began appealing to every authority higher than myself to punish me to get revenge.

Since I'm the boss, he resorted to bogging me down with government bullshit to get back at me. He called the department of labor, health inspector, retarded guy's caseworker, the fucking works. None of it stuck because he made it all up, and like I said he got caught bribing the retarded guy. My mistake was firing him as soon as I figured out he was the one responsible for me having to deal with all these retarded investigations one right after the other, but before any of his accusations were deemed to be bullshit by any of these agencies. So in the jury's mind, even though it was determined by the department of mental health that I had not unduly exploited the retarded guy and nothing came from any of the other accusations, black dude was Edward Snowden and I was some glow in the dark CIA nigger trying to suppress him for speaking truth to power

I cant afford it, I'm broke now. Going to court and successfully clearing my name would have been financially crippling enough (but naturally wouldn't have cost black dude a dime because his lawyer only got paid if he won and for whatever shitty reason the court costs fell 100% on me). Paying that fuck $200 grand over the course of a year pretty much means I'm eating ramen for the foreseeable future.
