the plot goes straight to the gutter the moment King Leo is defeated all the story was building around Jokers identity and why he did what he did, al those plot points are left aside and resolved in the most quick and underwhelming way possible just to introduce Hitler and the retarded Maias whose come from nowhere with 0 foreshadowing and hijack the remainings of the plot into the oblivion.

The characters aren't much better really. Maya is really good and has his little arc as the big sister of the group Lisa was interesting but goes nowhere after they defeat the shadow (her shadow also comments how he whores himself, this comes form the left field and without a proper setup and after that nobody talks about it which only looks like a way of discredit Lisa's character in favour of Maya) Eikichi the bro to end all bros gets 0 development, he's funny but theres nothing going on for him, Jun is just there and Yukino fucks off half way through the game. Also Nyarly is a shit villain who only appears 5 minutes at the end destroys the world and then fucks off with no real resolution to his character.
