Kana Asumi got married, Hikasa Yoko got married, Itou Shizuka got married, Maaya Sakamoto got married and literally no major backlash. Hell, just look at what's happening with Hanazawa Kana right now. It's been confirmed she's dating someone and no one except some diehard fans give a shit.
The only major backlash to have happened in recent times is the Aya Hirano thing which had more to do with her being promiscuous as fuck in a professional setting which is going to create a backlash in any industry and not just the seiyuu industry.
If anything, I'd say the fujoshi are a lot more virulent in their reaction to male seiyuus getting married/having a relationship.
