Kaito had the 3.000atk ace. He qualifies more as a rival than Shark also due to Yuma wanting to surpass Kaito and stuff.

Shark on the other hand had the 2400atk Abyss Splash and the relation with Yuma seems more like Joey's considering the ex-bully background and stuff.
