Very low. If youre thinking of a popular uprising it probably wont happen because the majority of the population is unarmed. Self defense squads only exist in rural areas. Suburban and urban areas are either controlled by narco os the cops. The military would only obey the president, or big money. Listen amigo, I'm mexican and I can tell you this much, Mexicans like to complain a lot and they are extremely dissatisfied with the government, they have always been so. There are places where vigilantism takes places, but its usually in small towns and villages where the government has weak to no influence. The government has a long history of massacre and suppression of dissent, and the populace is complacent because they don't think Mexico will ever change. It can certainly become a fashy paradise within a single generation, but it needs a leader who can survive the countless assassination attempts that the government and cartels will place on him and his family and political following, and I cant ever see that happening. If we can have another man like Porfirio Diaz in power, we can certainly become the strongest Spanish speaking country in the world, and I would gladly return to the homeland, but its not likely to happen.
