Prologue

The story starts with a revealing of some of Kurumi's profile,like how she was born under a wealthy family and that she was given much love by her parents. One day as she was returning home,she was attacked by a monster and almost got killed when Takamiya Mio showed up and saved her. She then explains that the monster is a Spirit and she is somewhat of an Ally of Justice. Mio then offers to give Kurumi power to help her kill the monsters.

Chapter 1

The story returns to the present,just moments after the ending of Volume 15. Shocked by seeing Kurumi, Shidou asked Kurumi the reason she is there.After some conversation between them, Kurumi tells Shidou that it is fine for him to seal her Spirit powers under one condition,which she will tell him after school at the rooftop.

The scene cuts to Artemisia at DEM,where she is investigating about Tobiichi Origami. Soon after Elen appears,who was asked by Artemisia whether Artemisia has meet Origami before since Origami knew about her. Elen speaks that Artemisia is a superb Wizard so it is not strange for Origami to know her(however in Elen's mind there is something about Artemisia not recalling her memories,so there is a huge chance Artemisia has her memory wiped by DEM). When they arrived to Westcott's room after being called, he spoke of making Shidou playing the role as the Key,and that by using Beelzebub, they will strike through the hole in Ratatoskr's security and kill him.After that Westcott introduces the two to the Demon King's daughters .

Returning to the scene at Raizen High after school,Shidou went to the rooftop to meet Kurumi. Although he was asked to be accompanied by the Spirits,he told them he must do this one-on-one with Kurumi.When he arrived and exchange conversation with Kurumi,he proceeds to ask the condition for Kurumi to allow him to seal her.As she was about to say it,Shidou was struck with a feeling he knew all too well from experience. That feeling of death...

Somewhere up on the sky, Elen and Artemisia were watching Kurumi and Shidou.As they were about to execute the plan to kill him, Mana appeared and blocked Elen,while communications between Elen and Artemisia were shut down by a noise.Elen then summons Nibelcol to assist her to fight Mana, but the Kurumi clones appear to give Mana assistance to fight them.

Back at Shidou,who snapped out from his outmindness after that strange feeling. However when he looked at Kurumi,she looked like she was hiding her fatigue from him. After they exchange words again,Kurumi explain that her condition would be for him and Shidou to have a contest ,where the one who makes the other fall for them first wins.If Shidou wins,Kurumi would let him seal her but if Kurumi wins,Shidou will let her eat him and his Spirit powers.Due to an interference,communications with Fraxinus was blocked and Shidou ended up accepting Kurumi's condition.

Chapter 2

Back at the Itsuka residence, Kotori punches Shidou for accepting Kurumi's condition just like that.However Kotori also knows that Shidou has no choice but to do so,thus she allowed Shidou to hit her back.However,Shidou went to tickle her instead,causing her to lie on her back weak with tears on her eyes.Here the Spirits arrived and are shocked to see Kotori in that state.(Kotori made them all misunderstand causing Shidou to face hardship) After that,the Spirits other than Tohka,Origami and the Yamai twins were all told about what happened in school,where Mukuro then asks why Kurumi wanted to have the Spirit powers from Shidou in the first place.Here Nia tells everyone about her meeting with Kurumi,that she wanted the time and place where the First Spirit appears and her abilities so that she can kill her.

After knowing that Kurumi's plans was to return back to time, Shidou then asks Kotori why the communications got cut off,to which an injured Mana appeared to explain.She tells that Elen is after Shidou and about the papers where she summoned the Nibelcol, plus that Kurumi is the one who told her about DEM plans to kill Shidou.Origami said that the reason Kurumi must know is because of her clones, but Shidou felt that there was something else after seeing that moment of Kurumi's expression.

The next morning,Shidou was greeted with Kurumi waiting for him at the door.From here both of them went into offense and defense to see who can make the other fall first, with Shidou inviting Kurumi to a spot where stray cats gather, where he was met with Kurumi saying things in cat tongue to play with the cats.Soon after they resumed with the offense-defense, and they both arrived at school where Tohka was worried since there was an accident at the junction Shidou usually pass to go to school and thought that Shidou was caught in it.After a conversation with the four of them, Shidou had this weird feeling when looking at Kurumi.

(Somewhere in the shadows, the Kurumis are having a conversation and are talking about moving to the next plan)

At lunch break,Shidou invited Kurumi for lunch and with her suggestion,the Spirits together came to the rooftop to eat lunch with Shidou and Kurumi.Here Shidou shows his cat-bento while Kurumi shows her well-balanced bento,and both of them exchanged food which then lead to a battle of wills between the two.(Even the Spirits understand that they were having a serious offense-defense exchange between the two) With their lunch duel ending at a tie,Kurumi then asked Shidou if he is free next Wednesday,to which Shidou replies that he has plans of asking the girl in front of him for a date(Kurumi,of course).February 14th,Valentine's day.That is the day that Kurumi plans to finish the contest between them.

Chapter 3

At 0:00 in a dark room in the Spirits' mansion,Kotori gathered all the Spirits in order to discuss about their plans on Valentine's Day, which somehow went to trying to make Shidou build up resistance against Kurumi's seduction.(Origami,Miku and Nia disappeared during the conversation).At Shidou's room, he was awoken by a feeling that someone has entered his bed,and after thinking out loud the three people who would do something like this,Origami,Miku and Nia appeared in baby-doll and garterbelt appearance from under his blanket. Although shocked, due to Nia's words Shidou managed to calm himself and push them all out of his room.When he wanted to return to sleep,he noticed the glass from the veranda was knocked.Thinking that it might be Kurumi, Shidou went out of the veranda and was faced with the Nibelcols.Here Shidou was cut by all of them continuously due to his healing powers and eventually,his mind fell into darkness......

The next moment,Shidou woke up and thought that it was all a bad dream.When he went down,he was met with a grown-up Kotori,grown-up Yoshino,three lolis of Miku,Origami and Nia.Shidou was told that he has to build resistance against an adult's seduction to which Kurumi is well known for,and then he was met with the three lolis ripping the outfit of Yoshino to make her in only her apron and undergarments.Not only that,Tohka appeared in adult teacher form and tried to seduce Shidou too,to which he ran to the bathroom to wash his face.There,he was met with adult Natsumi only with a towel wrapped around her,then a doctor-nurse combo of adult Yamai twins,then after running from the three he met adult Mukuro in a loose,seducing kimono outfit,then finally Reine giving the final blow after Shidou collide with her while trying to run away, pushing Shidou to her chest and rubbing his head.

The scene then moves to a few hours after the events at the Itsuka residence,where the Spirits and Reine are looking for ingredients to make chocolate.At some point, Reine told the Spirits that she too has someone she loved,the first and final person she will ever do so.The Spirits felt their hearts moved hearing Reine's story, including Kurumi who was there without them noticing.She was also buying ingredients to make chocolate,and to her suggestion,all of them gathered to the Spirits' mansion to make them.Due to Kotori's inexperience with making chocolate, there were a few set-backs but with the help of Natsumi,all of them managed to make chocolate.

Chapter 4

On Valentine's Day, Shidou received chocolates from Yoshino,Kotori,Miku,Natsumi and Nia.After saying thanks, he headed for school and receive chocolate from Tohka.Next at the school gates,he received chocolates from the Yamai twins,and at his class he received a 3D-printed chocolate figurine of Angel Origami,complete with a figure box. He was then greeted by Kurumi,who was excited about their date today.(The scene then moves to another conversation in the darkness between the Kurumis)

After school,Shidou invited Kurumi for the date, and instead of following the choices Shidou decided to give Kurumi the re-run of their first date,since that date was with the Kurumi clone and not the original.Kurumi also felt that she wanted to experience the date which caused her younger clone to feel love for Shidou.Their first location was the lingerie store,where Shidou suggested that Kurumi wear the pure white lingerie which to his horror has more impact than the seductive black one.Kurumi then gives Shidou a black cloth to which Kurumi says that she would wear the ones Shidou chose for her for the date(yeah,Kurumi asked Shidou to hold the ones she was wearing before)

After that Shidou and Kurumi enjoyed their date,and stopped at the park where Shidou first witnessed the cruelty of Kurumi.After sitting down on a bench,Kurumi took out a wrapped chocolate gift in which Shidou also give her a chocolate he made himself. Both of them made a lovely atmosphere together after that,but Kotori informed Shidou that it is still not enough for him to completely seal Kurumi,as if there is a huge shackles that is binding Kurumi. Shidou then proceed to ask Kurumi the reason she wanted to kill the First Spirit,to which after seeing Shidou's determination even after she destroyed the camera and intercom he has with him. Kurumi then invites Shidou to one of her hideouts, then while lying on Shidou's chest, she fired Yud in order to show her memories to Shidou.

Kurumi with her Zafkiel was fighting the Spirit monsters along with Mio, with the intention of not letting anyone else be attacked by the monsters like she is. She does it in order to protect her family and her friend, but she was met with a dreadful truth in the end. The last monster who wield Camael was killed, and Kurumi left while leaving the clean-up to Mio.However when she returned by mistake,she saw her best friend Sawa on the place where the monster was lying dead a moment ago. Seeing the redSephiria in Mio's hands and her lying best friend,Kurumi realized that she had killed her best friend and went into despair.

Moments before she turned Inverse,Kurumi shot Dalet at herself to prevent herself from Inversing,to Mio's surprise. Mio then told Kurumi that she has been giving the Sephiria to people and then collecting them in order to purify the Sephirias. It was so that Mio could entrust all the Sephirias to the human, then she cause Kurumi to black out. When Kurumi woke up, she had no recollection as to what had happened,just that her surroundings is like one which a space quake occurred.When she went into hiding after the AST(or something similar,not really mentioned) attacked her,she used Yud to recall her memories.Here,she made the determination to change history even if she had to kill a lot in order to do so.

"I, will kill the First Spirit.No matter what ,no matter the cause, no matter the means.I will not say that what I am doing is correct.I had believed in the words of the First Spirit and killed people...and this time in order to erase the existence of Spirits I have killed even more.I am evil.It is not mistaken that I am humanity's enemy. Killing and killing and more killing,and putting deaths over more deaths like Nightmare.If there is an after world,there will definitely be a VIP seat for me at the most bottom floor. Even so,I do not mind.Before I fall into hell,that woman,the First Spirit,Takamiya Mio...If I could make it so that she does not exist then..."

When Shidou returned from memory lane, Kurumi continued with her words, to which he was shocked with the name Mio coming out from her mouth.

"I will reset everything.All the things that happened until now,I will return it to zero.That is my reason. The purpose for me to live. For that I need the Spirit powers that Shidou-san has.If I [eat] Shidou, Shidou will die. But if I can get my hands on your Spirit powers,then I will definitely change history.If I can erase the First Spirit,then the event that I ate you will not happen.That is why,please believe in me,Shidou-san.Let me borrow that power,that life of yours."

At first Shidou does not know what to do,but then Kurumi added that the trade is unfair for him thus she offered her everything but her Spirit powers to Shidou (the image where Kurumi is on top of Shidou).However, they were interrupted by the Nibelcol to which Kurumi swiftly took care of them but due to reaching her limit,she fell unconscious.

At DEM,Elen and Artemisia were surprised that their attempts to kill Shidou has failed numerous times already no matter how much they planned.They knew that Kurumi was protecting Shidou for some reason,and Westcott figured out that Kurumi knew not just their plans to attack Shidou,but the attack itself in the first place.

When Kurumi fell unconscious, one of her clones let her rest on the bed, while another clone,the clone with the appearance from five years ago told Shidou that Kurumi has been very tired for the past several days and asked him to allow her to rest.After an exchange of words,the Kurumi clone proceed to tell Shidou that he has been killed numerous times already, with the first being at the rooftop where Elen stabbed him from behind and cut his neck off.

With Shidou's death,the Spirits went Inverse and Kurumi fell into depression as everything that she worked for has been for naught. No,the worst feeling is that she felt depressed over Shidou's death. Her clone managed to bring Shidou's body to her,but even with Dalet she could only fix his body and not revive him.Feeling sorrow, Kurumi hugged Shidou's corpse and kissed him, saying that the second time is also when he is not awake.At that moment,Kurumi realized that power flowed into her and when she checked Zafkiel, the 6th of the clock that she thought was unusuable due to being destroyed by Camael had returned its light.

FInally,one which was once lost but has returned to Kurumi,[Vav]the Sixth Bullet that sends your consciousness to the past.Using Vav, Kurumi has travelled to the past many times, ten times,hundred times,just to save Shidou from death.Each time Shidou dies,Kurumi would kiss him and obtained Vav again,only to return back to the past to prevent his death.Even though she has the advantage,Kurumi's spirit was whitling with each do-over.
"Shidou-san......Hey,Shidou-san?"

After the past Kurumi explained to Shidou that he has died over 204 times,the real Kurumi awoke and after some tsundere like words disappeared from Shidou's view. After hearing the story that Kurumi has saved him so many times,Shidou was determined to save her this time.At the time,Kurumi was very embarrassed that the clone Kurumi had told Shidou about her actions,since it would make her look like she is doing everything she can to save Shidou from harm,making it look like she cared about him.

After some time,Phantom appears to give an advice to Kurumi,but Kurumi knowing the identity of Phantom wanted to kill her.After her noise barrier broke by using Zayin and an all-out attack,it was revealed to Kurumi that the one behind the noise barrier was Murasame Reine,and after that she realizes how everything was connected.Then she used her shadow hands to pull Reine into the darkness.

If I'm detailed about how the Nibelcon girls kill him that night, first they cut his legs and the proceed to slice him once they see he has regeneration abilities. He couldn't even use Gabriel to ease the pain, so he died painfully.

Well I have a couple theories about that now that this new information has come to light

first being that the author is totally going for incest but i dunno about that

second that Mio/Reine is not a mother at all but that doesn't explain the last name being the same

Phantom is not "the" first spirit but someone who is helping Mio who is the first spirit and Kurumi wants them both dead. also doesn't Kurumi know who Mio is from the past? why was she so surprised to see Reine as Phantom?

Reine/Phantom could be the mother of shidou while Mio could be a possessive lover, and Reine is working with her much like Kurumi was in the past, collecting the crystals to make Shidou so powerful he could never be hurt

At the beggining of the series, it was said Ratatoskr was creared for "Shidou's sake". Elliot fell in love with the first spirit. Do you think she tricked him into opposing Westcott and creating Ratatoskr just for Shidou's sake?

Also, if Mio is giving out Sephira Crystals? Where is she placed in the Tree? Is she the Ain?
