Doesn't anyone think Ainz is being to hasty to gather all the adventurers? His country is not stable yet and not exactly rich. How can he afford to accept all the adventurers. Now that his undeads are keeping peace,there is barely any request for these adventurers. And there might be many new rookies from the Empire
He need to provide them : daily necessities, training,living quarters, weapons, scrolls, potions,wands and all other magical items to send them off to the unknown. Who knows how long they would need to train before they are ready. Even if Ainz is using the dwarf kingdom help,he would still be losing large amount of resources.

When will we see PA in action again? I hope he will visit the orphanage as Ainz to give them a inspiring speech.

His nation is immensely wealthy actually and I am not referring to the personal wealth of Ainz, but rather the limitless amount of free labour that he has at his disposal.

Undead as an engine of free labour makes his nation the most efficient one in the region as ultimately taxation was used to pay for the goods and services of the citizens of one's own region in order to further develope the nation.

Essentially, the core concept of currency has been that is that it instead of having to pay your taxes to the state in produce, you can instead pay it in coin, which is essentially a national "You don't have to give us food or commit a share of your physical labour to us this year." token, which grants it it's value.
It's effectively speaking, a debt of labour paid with tax exemptions by it's core concept.

Now, Ainz has an expanding workforce which does not require food or rest and which gives 100% of their labour to the state.
Essentially, his state has access to so much labour that it is in fact selling it to it's citizens rather than using it themselves and this is what makes the sorcerous kingdom so wealthy, because it sort of turns around the entire currency dynamic in such a way that you can have a nation where every citizen is economically in a similiar position to that of a king or a lord, seeing that much like kings, they make payment of coin for labour, which in turn generates them things in tangible value, which in turn can be turned into coin if necessary.

The way his economy would function is really strange.

With a vast expansion in the farmable land thanks to the undead labour force, you can probably seed some fast growing crop in great quantities for a quick harvest.
Naturally, this will cause a fuckhuge increase in the price of seeds right about the time when Kingdom is having a famine, which isn't a great deal for them.

Humanity in the NW is known for being a weak race.

Giving them the Death Knights and Soul Eaters essentially will allow his citizens to tame most of the wilderness, genocide most of the powerful and human-eating monsters that originally kept the adventurer profession employed and establish a safe space for humanity to grow.

It's essentially like every citizen having as many slaves as they can afford to rent, except the rental fee is less than living expenses of regular humans and you don't need any accomodations for them.
