The chapter starts from the climax of a RG match. Ise attains victory for his team by taking down the opponent's King (no name mentioned).
The announcer declares Team Ise's win and remarks how they have won every match so far. The team gets teleported outside the battlefield.

Rossweisse comments how lucky they have been since they haven't faced God yet. Though they have faced both inferior teams and professional RG teams. Other Rossweisse, Xenovia also is thinking calmly about this situation. She comments that from her experience something bad will come after this (consecutive wins). Ravel also comments how newbie team wins at the beginning but it changes from midpoint in professional RG league. Then they suffer consecutively loss since other team analysis them thoroughly. Bova also says that his father told him that even if there may be a winning strategy, a countermeasure would be made against it quickly. Bina who is usually quiet makes her comment. As Ise and co discuss such things, Elmenhilde enters the room. She hasnt joined the team officially yet and was taking notes and records of the match earlier to assist Ravel. Ise then has a long monologue about the reason of Elmenhilde wanting to join his team since he hasnt heard anything convincing yet. Ravel then tells Ise that "it's about time" for Devil's job (for Ise's group).

Part 1
Ise is in class 3B. Other Gremory members who are in their third years are also in the same class. So that's Kiba, Xeno, Asia, and Irina. Kiryuu is also in their class and Rossweisse is their homeroom teacher. It's structured like this so it will be easier for Gremory group to move in case something happens. The ball sports competition is coming up and Rossweisse is really heated about winning it. There's a competition as a class and also as a club. Ise teases Kiba about the last ball competition (in v3) when Kiba was acting weird. Kiba blushes. Xenovia(student council) and Irina (ORC) gets in a heated rivalry. Asia is acting strange in which the two of them looks at her with worried look. Rossweisse then makes a declare to win the match (she's the only one whose so hyped) in which everyone replies with no energy in their words.

Part 2
Shows how its like for Ise's peerage doing their devils work. He was given a section of Rias's zone for now before he gets his actual zone for doing it. Ise usually sits in a fancy table but sometimes goes to take care of his previous good customers since they want him to come in his usual bicycle-style.

Others are simply doing their job like how they did when they were under Rias. Asia also arrives back. But she's acting weird again where she couldn't hear Ravel. Ravel tells Ise that there's something wrong with Asia and they have been receiving letters from her customer since they are worried about her.
Elmenhilde also comes in to bring tea for everyone. Since she's not really used to it she drops the tea cup. But Xenovia saves it by using Excalibur Ruler's ability. Xenovia comments on how she is receiving hard training menu from their Bishop (Ravel). Ravel decides that its about good time to stop their work since they have a meeting with Team Duio after this.

Part 3
The meeting with Team Dulio and Team Ise. It takes place in Hyoudou residence. Rias and her group are busy so they are not there. From Team Dulio there are Dulio himself, the Aces of Four Great Seraphs, Metatron's Jack, and Gabriel's Queen (Griselda). Their 'coach' hasn't arrived yet.
They introduce each other. Irina acts like a middle person since she knows both sides well.
So there's their King, Dulio.
Their Queen, Deethelm Waldseemüller. He's Raphael's Ace. He's in his mid-30s and is a SG possessor. His SG is like Asia's but it only works on those only related to Heaven. So irregular incident like what happened with Asia won't happen.
There's Nero Raimondi. Uriel's Ace. He's a power idiot and is a really loud guy. A 'hero' mascot character was created for the followers of their faith. He's the guy underneath and that character is called Captain Angel.

Mirana Shatarova. Gabriel's Ace. She's very timid. She's wearing a black sister costume. Dulio comments that Mirana is famous among the female reincaranated angels for having a big rack underneath in which she blushes.
Ise is hyped. But Asia gives him a bad stare... Griselda warns Dulio. Xenovia misunderstands and thinks this is a trap they prepared for Ise in which Dulio laughs and said it could work. Mirana shylingly agrees to offering it if it will make them win. Ise is all excited again. So he asks Ravel. Ravel tells them if they overcome their tactics then she will allow Ise to fondle her breast much as he wants.
There's one more member of Team Dulio in the room.
Shinra Kiyotora. He's a Japanese man in his late 30s. Has a black hair which is tied at the back. He's Metatron's Jack. Like his surname implies he's Tsubaki's relative. But he chose the Christian faith and went to Vatican. Dulio calls him Seiko since his name could be read like that in which he puts on a sour look since its a female name.
And the last one to introduce herself is Griselda who we all know. Other members of Dulio isn't here since they think their names arent BIG as the ones present despite being a skilled fighter.

The Ise's mom knocks on the door and tells them another man came. It's Rudiger the 7th ranker of RG. He has silver hair and looks like north European (he is a former human after all) in his 20s. And Team Dulio's coach. He's not participating as King for this tournament and is going to give his all into make Dulio win.

He introduces himself to everyone. And he shows signs of knowing identity of Bina. He sees how Asia isn't feeling well and give her advice. Ravel is shocked at him knowing alot about their info. He simply replies that its because they are their opponent.
Irina comes back with a cake and tea. Irina was about to mention Elmenhilde's name but Ravel interrupts her since she doesnt want to give anymore info to Rudiger than this.

They talk for a bit and leaves. Ravel comments on how the battle has already begun and that he came to do a final checkup. Rudiger even corners their mentality and also their game. And there are many former 72-pillars who had their heart stomped by him during the game.

Part 4 (Quick summary)
That night. Rias and Akeno isn't home right now.
Ecchi scene with Ravel, Asia, Xeno, and Irina. At the end Rias and Akeno comes back. So the 7 of them sleep together.

Part1:
Ise arrives at Ajuka's lab and talks with those guys fighting Trihexa.
He informs Sirzechs that he and Rias has been winning in which Sirzechs is delighted.
Serafall says that she will be eaten by Trihexa if Ise doesnt tell her more about Sona.
Azazel also appears. And he sees that Ise's having a difficult look regarding the game and his role as a King. Azazel asks him if he had a fight which he truly found it fun. Ise said he hasnt. So Azazel gives him an advice to have fun in fight, in RG, and so on. He also states that there will be a time when he will look back at his youth despite being a bitter memory or fond memory. Then...

Michael appears and picks on Azazel regarding "Blaze Shining Or Darkness Blade". He mentions how eyes was always sparkling with passion, and making weird poses and leaning against the wall while muttering things... Azazel is totally embarrassed and tells him shut up and says how Michael always does this.
Serafall also enters the discussion again regarding youth. She mentions the romance about Sirzechs and Grayfia which she is so fond of. Sirzechs says the only he could think about back then was her. The discussion is almost over so Azazel suggests Ise to talk to someone other than his team to get new ideas.

Part2:
Next day Ise is with Vali and Saji. They are fishing. Ise asked Vali to fish with him. Saji came to Ise's house to declare his challenge to him since Ise's team will be facing Sona's team after his match against Dulio. Saji is feeling tense with sitting together with Vali. Though Vali says Saji possesses a Dragon King so he shouldn't and also remembers 'just' his name.
Saji and Ise talks about things. Like how Saji still calls Sona "kaichou (student president)". Saji says he sees Xenovia as a student president. But he still calls Sona "kaichou" since she will always be his kaichou. Ise asks Saji to look after Xeno. Saji says he will. But the match is different and that he will beat Ise. Ise says he will beat Saji. But Vali says he will most likely end up beating both of them lol. At this point Ise team won all matches. Vali's team has won all their matches with ease. And Sona's team had lost once against a God-team already but won everything else.

Vali then asks Ise the reason for inviting him to fishing. Ise asks what a fun battle is. Vali mentions about Ise vs Sairaorg match and he felt as though Ise had achieved a sense of achievement from that battle. Then they talk about Sairaorg and his match against Cao Cao which is after Team Ise vs Team Dulio. Saji says Sairaorg will win. Ise also agrees. Vali says it will depend on how much Cao Cao has searched about Sairaorg. Though Cao Cao won't able to be endure Sairaorg's powerful hit. So it will depend on how he will overcome it. Ise says he will most likely uses his techniques. Vali mentions about the time when both of them were defeated by it in the past. They talk more about what a fun fight is. Then....

Two men appear.
One is the next chief-god of Norse, Vidar. Vidar appears to be a north european man in his early 20s. He's tall and is wearing white suit. He has white-blonde hair and golden eyes. He is handsome and has a unshaven face. Appears to be a easy going person.

And other is the next chief-god of Olympians, Apollo. He has black curly hair with a serious look. He has a rare orange eyes. He appears to wear those typical greek clothing, chiton.

Vali sighs at the sight of Vidar and asks him his reason to be here. Vidar laughs and introduces himself to Saji and Ise. Apollo also introduces himself. Vali mentions that Vidar is the only person Fenrir fears among Norse gods. And Apollo is God of Sun who also governs art and talent. Vidar thinks his older brother Thor is more fitting to be the next chief-god but Thor is fighting Trihexa. Vidar and Apollo came to introduce themselves to the Two Heavenly Dragons since they will most likely interact with each other. They are in the same team in the RG and Typhon is the King. They really didnt care who the King will be but Typhon insisted that he is the King. Since he was originally an enemy of Olympians and they couldnt be bothered, they let him be the King. So their team is made up of young gods with Vidar and Apollo as their leader. They also came to warn them about Hades who is upto nothing good again.

Vidar also asks about how many very dangerous gods are there after that Evil Dragon war. Vali says he has the jest of it and wants to hear the opinions of gods too. At this point Hades is the most dangerous. Indra(Sakra) is seeking war against Shiva. But at this point he's enjoying the tournament and doesnt seem like he will be doing during it. After few more chats Vidar and Apollo leaves. They say they won't go easy on them if they face each other. Vali, Ise, and Saji say they wont lose either.

The three of them then receive a message to their mobiles. It's regarding the current match of Rias team. Rias is about to send her 'Pawn' to the battlefield. Vali already can tell the identity of the Pawn.

Part 3:
They arrive at the stadium and watch the match. Rias is fighting against a team led by a Ultimate-class Devil. They are fighting in a battlefield above the sea. The one who appears from Rias's side is a man in black who Ise knows. It's Crom. Ise is super shocked.

Crom simply puts his hand forward and unleashes super dense aura. The announcer is super shocked at Mister Black being the legendary Crom. Crom unleashes his aura. It devours the whole stage where there are holes everywhere in the sea and sky which is leading to the dimensional gap since his attack was too powerful that it broke the battlefield's barrier. So the stage itself was blown away and destroyed.

Ddraig comments that Crom done it on purpose. Most likely a reply to Ise since Ise unleashed the same kind of power output during the fight against Barakiel. Though unlike Ise who could only do that once, Crom can do that many time as he wants. It's both a challenge to Ise and performance against Vali and other strong foes. Ise then asks Ddraig his honest opinion about how Ise would stand against him. Ddraig said Ise can put on a good match if Ise Dragongodify (DxD). But the problem is his time limit. And pseudo DxD which Ise used in v22 won't stand a chance. Ddraig also says that Rias took Crom in as Ise's influence. And also due to Crom connection with Gasper.

Rest of Ise's team arrives and meets Ise. They watch the match. This time Gasper in black monster form appears.
Gasper uses his darkness power to cover the whole battlefield. It cancels the enemies attack and consumes the enemy, thus eliminates several enemies.

This time the camera shifts to an island above the ocean. Lindt is shown. She's fighting against the enemies swordsman. She does well but also receives damage. Lind steps back and gets healed by Valerie. Lind uses her Longinus to defeat the enemy.

So Rias's team has 3-Longinus-level SG user. The match doesnt end there. Rias is fighting enemy King (Ultimate class Devil) and is overwhelming him with her power of destruction. Next to her is Akeno in Fallen-Angel mode who took down the enemy Queen.

Kiba also easily defeats enemy Knight. Koneko also defeats the enemy Bishop with ease. There's the sound of Retire, Retire, and retire consecutively. It's clear Rias's team is going to win. She has also won all the battle. Ise questions the reason for revealing Crom identity now. He has a chat with Ravel. Ise thinks they need to increase their manpower too. So Ravel wants to talk about Ise regarding that. The match also ends. The announcer declares Rias Team's victory. It was so one-sided that even a Ultimate-class Devil's team couldn't do anything against them. Since the match has ended Vali and Saji leaves. Ise tells Vali to come to the final rounds of the tournament. Vali says the same to Ise.

Part 4
Two days later. They are at their clubroom. Ravel wants to introduce someone to Ise. All of Ise's team (minus Bina) is present.
The one who comes in is Nakiri Ouryuu and Millarca. Millarca jumps in joy and hugs Elmenhilde at seeing her. Elmenhilde is shocked to see her here. Millarca is a student of Kuoh academy already which Elmen already knew. She's just shocked to see her visit Ise Team's place of meeting. Ouryuu and Millarca looks at each other. Apparently there is someone who they want to introduce. Ddraig tells Ise he's having a bad feeling. And the one who appears is a beautiful woman. It's Tiamat.

Ise asks Ravel if he knew about Tiamat. She only asked Ouryuu to come and is suprised. Tiamat tells Ddraig to give all her treasure back which he had lost. Ddraig originally borrowed them to strengthen himself agaisnt Albion. But the treasure was lost and stolen. So the locations are scattered everywhere. Tiamat says Ddraig is responsible. Ise said Ddraig needs to give it back. Ise pretty much dug his own grave with that. So Tiamat says Ise and Ddraig have the responsibility of giving it back (Ise being possessor of BG). Tiamat says that if they won the tournament they can ask for anything (if your wish isn't super big, then every team member can ask for something). Tiamat is part of the tournament organisation so she can't enter the team. But she allows Ryuuta to help. Ryuuta is Ouryuu's given name before carrying the name of Ouryuu.

Ravel looks at Ouryuu's worth. He is worth 5 Pawn Piece. Higher than Bova which Bova is very shocked and upset at. Ouryuu worth 5 Pawn Piece under tounament rule where Gods are participating means that he's worth much more in normal Evil Piece. Ise says to himself that

>And I can understand once again just how much of a monster Crom Cruach who is the Pawn of Rias's team is. Perhaps he can't become a servant with normal Evil Piece calculation unless you use a mutation piece? Well, with his personality I doubt he will lower himself under a Devil and reincarnate.

...But Crom Cruach's base specs have surpassed Ddraigs before he was sealed? I guess that's the result of not being slain till now and training himself even further.
Ouryuu lowers his head to Ise and tells him he won't become a Devil, but he will fight under Ise for the tournament as a "Fist" of the "Sekiryuutei of the Blazing Truth". Bova is angry about Ouryuu claiming to be Ise's 'fist'. Ise calms Bova down by saying Bova is his 'fang' in which Bova becomes super happy and cries happily about. Tiamat tells Ddraig that if he runsaway again like he always did till now, she will burn him along with his possessor (Ise). Even Ise is shocked since he was dragged into this. Ravel asks Ouryuu what position he wants since there is also Rook left. Ouryuu says he wants to become a Pawn since that's the role Ise started with. Elmenhilde ask Ise and Ravel if she can't join them yet. Ravel and Ise still can't decide since Elmen hasnt told them her true reason. Elmen just says its for her homeland which they don't really take it as a truth. Ise asks Millarca about Elmen and her relation with her. Millarca says they she has known her since they were young. Millarca says she knows Elmen's true reason of wanting to participate in the tournament. But says Elmenhilde needs to reveal it on her own.

Part 1:
Ise goes to have a bath. But Akeno was waiting for him. It's the part which is shown in the colour illustration. Simply put, it gets cockblocked by the 3 trio of Ophis, Lilith, and Kunou.

Part 2:
The day of match is approaching. Ise starts doing team training and Ouryuu have joined them. After that he took a shower and went downstairs. He meets Lint there. She has a mix of white and black hair. He speaks to her. He gets more information about her connection with Freed and Siegfreed.
She belonged to "Sigurd Institution". They were trying to create the "true descendant of Sigurd" who can use Gram by gathering those who carries his blood. Those children are made from different pattern of genetics. So they are kinda like siblings or relatives. But definitely not by natural cause. Though she and Freed are 'made' from the same genetics. The institute tried to make Sigurd's descendant artificially. So that means Siegfried isn't Sigurd's actual/true descendant either. Anyways, Siegfriend (who Lint calls Sieg-sensei) was the one who was able to handle Gram first. Though he left the institute and joined the terrorists. Since there is someone who can use Gram already, the institute changed their next step. They wanted to test how far Sigurd's descendant can go. And the Gram ended up in the possession of Kiba too. She calls him Kibakyun-paisen. Basically the girls his age calls him "Kiba-kyun" and those younger than him calls him "Kibakyun-senpai". Apparently the junior boys calls him by that name too. She also talks about her Longinus too. And Ise asks her why she is using Freed's surname, Selzan. She wants to live on behalf of her Freed who had died and makeup for sins he committed. Ise harbours no ill feelings towards her. Irina and Xeno arrives. They get along with Lint and take her away.

Part 3:
Next day. Ise is training at a giant training place located underneath the Gremory castle. He was given his own training field for his use and his team. Ise spars with Ouryuu.
The spiritiual beast Ouryuu is a dragon that represents Earth.　There's a thing called Dragon-pulse running through the earth/ground. It's like a path of ki (kinda like lifestream of FF7 I guess) where he can get energy(ki) as he wants from there. The richer the earth, the more ki he can get. So if fights in a good place he can get unlimited supply of ki from the earth. Ouryuu fights by covering his body with touki (just like Sairaorg) and his attack, defense, and speed increases drastically. He becomes so fast that he closes his distance with Ise and Ise remarks that even a high-class devil will be toyed around with that speed. Ouryuu can exchange blows with Ise head on in this form.
Xenovia and Irina are training together in mock battle. Asia and Ross are researching about demonic-powers and magic. Elmen is running to increase her stamina. She hasnt reached the minimum expectation of Ravel but is continuing her training. Ravel is also training behind the scene.

They gather to talk about the upcoming match. They talk about the opponents 'brain', Rudiger. He's the only reincarnated Devil who was a former human to rank in the top10. He's ranked 7th but considering the ones ranked between 2 to 6 are all cheaters, he could be considered the natural number 2 perhaps. He's known as the "Upsetting Sorcerer". He was a sorcerer but didn't have any amazing feat till he reincarnated to a devil. He was simply a high-level sorcerer when he was a human. Bova also gives details about Rudiger. He was the 'Bishop' of the Head of Mammon (an Extra Demon). He made several achievements and became a high-class devil. His heroic tales started after entering the RG. He defeated stronger teams and became the top-10 very quickly.

Even Tannin told Bova that Rudiger is very difficult to fight. They fought many times and as of now, Tannin lost more matches than he won them. Bova says Tannin had a sour look when talking about him.

Ravel also says that her oldest brother has the same look when he always talks about Rudiger. The team discuss the reason of becoming Team Dulio's coach and not participating in the tournament.

Then a magic-circle appears. The team becomes alert but Ravel calms them down. She says she had no choice but to make 'her' their advisor. The one who appears is Roygun Belphegor. She introduces herself and Ise is shocked. Even though she took down the other rankers that used the King-pieces she still lost her title, ranking, and also was shunned from her household. She was also demoted to a High-class Devil. She's still under surveillance. Right now Ravel's oldest brother is looking for a new place where she could work. And left a message for Ise to please take care of her. Right now she's bored as hell. She's interested in the upcoming match and brought piles of documents regarding Rudiger.
Roygun then takes interest in Ise. She considers him cute and flirts with him by putting her hand on his chin. Ise gets very embarrassed and is responding to her actions. The girls sees this as a threat and pulls him away from her. Ravel then says she let her guard down and forgot the rumours about Roygun. Roygun is said to love young men. Especially human men that are in their teens to their 20s.
After several conversations she leaves and is said she will be watching his match.

Part 4:
The day before the tournament.
Ise is visiting Ajuka's lab. Ajuka asked Ise to come.
Ajuka is checking Ise's Evil Piece. He says that it all turned into mutation piece most likely due to Dragon-Godification. Ajuka says its terrifying that even the 8 mutation piece can't completely handle it yet. He says that form has the power which can seriously change the world.
Ise says he can't master it yet. But Ajuka replies that he thinks Ise is in a stage where he can. Ajuka says that it will take year to perfectly master it. He says Ise has all the requirement already. One of it is Ophis's stolen power---Lilith. Ajuka says that the reason why Ise can't use the actual DxD isnt because he lacks stamina. But more of Ophis's problem since her body split into two. So be resonating Ophis and Lilith, Ise should be able to use it. Ajuka says Ise should just leave that to Ophis and Lilith. The next part is...
Ajuka says that the power of Great Red is still sleeping inside Ise and hasn't been unleashed yet. Ajuka mentions the BxB, CxC, DxD, and the one past it which Azazel mentioned before. If Ise wishes to unleash the full potential of the 8 mutation piece, he should unleash the power of both GR and Ophis which will allow him to use DxD without putting stress on his body. And he mentions the power surpass that. AxA, the true power of Ise who was reborn by the power of Ophis and GR.

Ise comments that he thought it would be called ExE. Also because he would be joining Exe in the future. Ajuka comments that Azazel has already found answer for that. He says something alone the lines of it hasn't appeared in front of you yet. And the fraction of that power may show up during the tournament. They talk about the upcoming match. After few conversation Ajuka says he cant speak anymore than this since it will be unfair which Ise agrees to.

Basically there will be two more forms in the future. AxA and ExE. The power greater than DxD.

Part 5:
Ise finds Asia practicing basketball. Elmenhilde also appears. Elmenhilde shares the reason why she wants to participate in the tournament which she already told Ravel. Basically put, the incident in her homeland shocked her so much. She's also shocked to the fact that there were traitors from Carmilla's faction (notably male Vampires and their female lovers) which includes her friends. They all turned into Evil Dragon and was killed. She couldn't handle staying there and decided to go around the world and not going back since she will break mentally if she stayed there longer. She wants to participate in the tournament to overcome her past. Ise asks her why it has to be his team and she blushes. Even Asia is angry at his denseness.Irina and Xeno arrive. So they practice basketball together.

It explains why Rudiger wants to make Dulio win and why he considers Dulio the best Angel.
Even though Rudiger is a reincarnated Devil making children is hard (but much easier than pure devils). He finally had a son. His son was born with SG which was killing him. His son's hero was Dulio. He wanted to see Dulio. Rudiger has no connection with Heaven so he mostly gave up on it. He still sent a letter to the Underworld headquarter despite thinking that Dulio won't come. But after few days Dulio came to meet his son. His son was happy. Dulio came and visited his son frequently. Even after his son died he visted his grave. After seeing Dulio cry for his son, Rudiger couldn't stop crying at seeing Dulio cry for his son. So Rudiger swore to make Dulio and his team win. Dulio is the best angel in the eyes of Rudiger. And Dulio and his team his a dream which is only attainable by winning the tournament. Their wish is to stop children from being born with SG that will affect them negatively like Rudiger's son and many other children dying from possessing SG.

-Hades

--It's a short chapter from Hades' POV where he enters Cocytus with his strongest underlings to meet Lilith.

--Lilith is not 'alive' in a normal sense. Her body is an "ugly lump of flesh" filled with poison and connected to innumerable machines deep in the very depths of Cocytus that still gives off a pulse.

--Rizevim either knew where she was or he knew she was in this state and had her hidden. Apophis gave this information to Hades as a gift so that's why he visited Hades in V18.

--Hades mentioned something like a myth of an event that had occurred under the weakest years - a rebellion by an ancestor of the ancestral family.

--Hades talks about the forces from ExE. Apophis told him about that too and Hades claimed something like in order to preserve the myths of the Netherworld, he/his underlings and Lilith must be the ones to confront these invaders from a different world.

--Hades seems to blame the Devils and their Dragon partners for the potential of invaders from the other world. He told the strongest grim reapers under him that it's time to shame the enemy that is communicating to them.

Two hours is about to pass. The end of the match is near. The point is currently 141-146. Led by Team Dulio.
Ise is breathing heavily. Ise raises the moral of his team and declares that they will win. His teammate responds to his word.
The two teams are still in high tension despite being exhausted.

Xenovia then tells Ise that she will use her last resort. Ise is happy she has something up her sleeve. She says that depending on Ise's answer she may go down. What she does is...

Seems the vampire isn't so useless after all she can blow away an ultimate class angel attack.She's probably completely dependant on Isseis blood to get that strong though.

I don't know how to put it into words, but the way he handles screentime is so odd. You'd think with him trying to shoehorn in at least one sol and fight scene per girl a volume, they'd feel more developed. But it's the males, and characters not in Ise's harem that feel that way. Maybe this just all goes back to him not expecting the series to have lasted this long.
