you can roll for yourself if you feel you're waifu is too obscure to be posted before the thread goes down
if you don't want to roll you can give some clues about you're waifu
if you can't do enough proper pushups do as much as you can, then put your hands on an elevated surface like a coffee table or a couch and do more, repeat by using higher surfaces until you manage to do all the pushups you're waifu deserves
