Grow my income and my own food.
Bought a house, it has a vegetable garden, going to work on farming some veggies and improving the house(it needs some work.) Would be good to learn how to do that kind of stuff.
Aim to quit drinking booze, gonna try to cut way back on soda, and get back in the gym(aint been since thanksgiving due to illness and business of holidays.)
During downtime, more books.
>What will you be doing in the coming year to improve yourself
I'm going to continue wasting away. My body is even slower and more lethargic than last year. I never was good at this self improvement shit.
Same, read more books aside from the ones assigned by my courses and work out more.
Here's the books I got for Christmas. Definitely /nobooze/ until at least the summer
...
Sounds good.

Quit spending so much time on here
Quit drinking, workout daily, get good grades in college, read a book every week, trying to quit porn still want to kill myelf
I'm a bit confused about two events that took place last year within relative secession.
In October I was out in the Bush by myself camping and one after noon the police come down the old Dusty and say I'm trespassing and the land is privately owned and that I had to of cut a fence to get In. So I get trespassing and fined
Few weeks later I'm driving down the freeway and I get pulled over and kept for 40minutes or so because of suspicious behaviour and I didn't get fined or anything
The camping trespassing was absolutely shocking because it's a very well known forest and community's 4x4 there all the time.
Why do the police think I'm suspicious and does this mean I'm documented
Also an animal of some nature has broken into my chicken kook dragged 2 chicks out of the pen and destroyed them and left one chicken with a missing leg.
What was it
Create a better future for my people. Happy New Year faggots!
Become buff, read lots of books, build a reputation, open myself to romantic encounters more
Finally get off my ass to move closer to work, sign up with the free personal trainer at work, start squatting. I've been doing great on the no drinking/no porn so I'll continue with that.
I'm thinking about starting to volunteer somewhere but I'm not sure where to go. Animal shelter seems good but I don't want to clean up dog shit. Maybe something at a church even though I'm not religious.
Anyone here have any good ideas on where/what to volunteer for?
I'm changing my number and moving to a new city in a few days. They'll never find me.
I got 300 gb of anime and cartoons
I come to the point I think watching them is losing my time
Should I just delete them all?
>Move close to work
>Buy a bicycle (made in usa) and make it my commute vehicle
>Join a boxing gym
>Further my 2 mile run speed
>Grow my beard
>Start attending church for the first time in my life
>Accumulate some indoor plants

Your first step is changing your words
>I'm going to continue improving if it's the last thing I do
Words brainwash people, you can't control that fact. What you CAN control, is the brainwashing material. You can beat your self down, or you can build yourself up.
I can, I should, I will
I will, because I can, so I should
anyone know any good language learning websites ? German preferably
It's an okay hobby. Don't focus on cutting things out. Look for things that are worth your time(more than anime) and occupy yourself with it enough that you don't have time for anime. Don't focus on your gaze down the ladder but up it
I will get this thread banned for good.
Fake kike fucks.
How to increase testosterone level?
renouncing caffeine (again) and alcohol, except on rare special occasions (ie. breaking the habit)
also spend less time on the computer
Quit drinking the day before new years eve. Feels pretty good to wake up feeling great for a new year in a long long time.
I made a few big leaps in 2017, bought a house, took on more responsibilities, quitting the sauce feels like the next big step. Maybe it will manifest itself in more confidence to finally find myself a wife and start a family.
Also, due to some back pains last year, I'll be getting back to some weightlifting. I've been way to busy for that, but I'll make some time.
the difference in my case is that im thinking realistically, whereas trying to be positive is delusional
You're back!
I'm hoping to get more income this year. Been looking into cryptocurrency, but I'm still very hesitant with investing right now. Don't have a lot of money, and I want to practice frugality as much as possible. Do any of you have investments? Any advice would be nice.
But overall, just going to keep reading, going to the gym, and build furniture like I've been doing
>back pain

Have you ever tried to kill yourself?
I grew up in the capital of California to a drug addicted single mom, going through homeless shelters and projects
Your life isn't that bad Canada boy, you should read a book on Genghis Khan and understand you can come back from anything.
>Start attending church for the first time in my life
Are you religious and just haven't attended? I've been thinking about this for a while now. I've been baptized, but quit the church in my edgy years. I could just rejoin, but not really believing it all it feels wrong to do so.
My motivation to join again would be to perhaps find a wife in there.
here here!!

It's a set of rules to live by. It's a community. I'm not truly in my heart of heart a believer in the Abrahamic God, but I am a believer in Christian people.
As for prayer, think of it as tapping into your subconscious mind and giving it commands to improve your life autonomously
You just bought a house, what is 2,500?
...
I'm already down over 50lbs and I only have about 30lbs to go. I'm also working on a promotion this year. I'm going to pay off all of my debt as well.

I bought a house, therefore I'm broke. Seriously though, you are right. Perhaps I should look at it as an investment in my long term personal health.
>california
>homeless
>harder than Canada
homelessness isnt a problem in Canada because they all freeze to death every winter.
currently sitting at -39celcius
>still want to kill myelf
Hang in there mexibro
You shouldn’t set a reading quota, desu. It mind sound like a good idea but you don’t want to turn it into a chore and you’ll fall behind (a book a week is a bit much) and get disheartened. Just try to read more.
Duolingo?
Read books, fix my backyard, eat less garbage-and less in general, quit smoking and build and maintain a much better body

ALSO, when my lawsuit is over I am going to move to a different state and work to flip it from Democratic to Republican. I actually charted all the Democratic states and the percentage change needed to flip the party hold(Based on 2016 election)

Right now my laptop is sitting on one of the shelves to my bookshelf and I am standing. That is the biggest thing you can do for your back health. Mere standing
I also go to the chiropractor much more than my fellow citizens, and from two different practicioner's I heard this: "My patients who sit at a desk for a couple decades have worse backs than my patients who have been in construction a couple decades"
Not only that, but I watched a TedTalk on back pain, connection to cultures without chairs and buttock muscles associated with prolonged standing.
I'm poor, have plenty of time, and bought 2 30lb dumbells. plz halp
By the end of next year I will have
>A house
>A child or at least one on the way
So a big year ahead.
More personal goals
>Read more (one book a week)
>Drink less booze
>Eat less junk, learn to cook and make some healthier meals
>There are some local mountains to climb (already climbed the tallest)
I have some beehives (4) atm but I'm hoping to make that 10 with autumn splitting. I'm looking foward to it.
learn English
Homeless shelters are a good place to help out, they always need people. Or just go to an old folks home and talk to people who don't have anyone, they would love some company. Plus you might learn a thing or two.
I believe in you, chink.
Yowie for sure

How many higher paying jobs have you applied to in the last 30 days?
>one book a week
Why do people keep saying this? There are books that are 600 pages or more... books that are much thinner...
Fox or a Ferret
Get an Alpaca or a Dog
Sitting in a car for long periods of time is the worst. Usually any little aches and pains vanish as I just do something physical. Guess I'm still young enough and luckily my job is quite physical at times, minimal sitting. The doctor suggested that my back pain episode (first time btw) was perhaps due to increased stress (can confirm) and excessive drinking. I've made changes and feel great atm. I intend to keep it that way. Thanks for the suggestions, most appreciated.
Go to the gym and try to change up my diet. Dropping soda is going to be a bitch.
Where do you live?
I want to learn more about Nietzsche and Kant. Where do I begin?
How about reading their books, idiot.
I mean which books
Sometimes I get stuck and then go by publication date.

I honestly want to reiterate how awesome that hydro bed is. It feels like a mini orgasm every single time it hit my place of pain and resets me completely
The first I used one, I walked out feeling like a million bucks(I have never used that expression ever). I had a perma smile for two hours, I just could not stop smiling. It is honestly worth so much more than the re-alignments the chiropractor does.
I hope to not become a drunk, as i have just expirienced my first time being drunk and loving it
>be 18
Sounds pretty sweet. Are they called just hydro beds? I'll take a look if I can find some here in Finland to try out.
I remember that time of my life, Got wasted and made a fool of myself on several occasions I still cringe about all the retarded shit I said and did.
Embarrasing.
Good advice for those with low power level.
Decide and commit to do 1 day without degeneracy. No alcohol, tobacco, weed, porn, vidya, junk food. You wouldn't believe how hard it is. Challenge yourself to do one and find out how hopeless you are.
Going to be spending a lot less time online, but I also want to write more and get more involved with the various Nationalist movements in my own way. So I've decided to start a blog that can be easily read offline, due to its simplicity having been made entirely with static HTML and macros.
My ideal would be that people look at screens a whole lot less than they do now and get more involved in those around them. Less time watching the television and NetFlix and more engaging with friends and kin.
Lose another 20kg this year - last year I lost 20 in the first 6 months but gained 7 back in the latter 6 months (stress + my own laziness).
Generally improve my health and start taking better care of myself so I don't end up as one of those people who are a fucking mess when they hit 30.
Get an IT job, this has been a long term goal and I am finally at the point where I can apply for jobs.
Use Facebook minimally, it's such a time waster.
I'm on the cusp of getting my shit together, I just need a little luck to smooth everything out.
Can someone please help me? I have been improving over the last year, especially thanks to Sup Forums. I am wrapping up HS and am taking a college class in the spring. I am currently reading Capitalism and Freedom by Milton Friedman. I am going back to gym and conditioning in the spring as well. I want to improve my cooking and expand on recipes over the spring and summer. Here are some of my vices that I need help ridding:
>sleeping through alarms/waking up late
>sleeping in heavy on weekends
>getting takeout 2-3 times a week
>staying up late
>being on computer when there isn't much else to do, rather than be productive or go outside
Any suggestions? Looking forward to another year with you guys in these threads.
For crypto do long term hold on req, for regular investing, set up a Roth IRA with vanguard and choose a Target date fund
>Staying up late
You literally answered the question to your problems. Fucking go to bed earlier.
Quit drinking
I don't think I'll be able to do it because it feels like it's my default thing to do when I'm bored.
I'm getting there, Bruce.
I'm like you user, you need to delete the ones you truly won't watch and focus on better quality shows.
I'm going to become /fit/ for the first time in my life this year, I'm moving to uni accommodation that has gym and pools., I'm very excited
Make another thing your default, working out is mine.
I found working out to just be depressing.
I was getting results but nothing compared to the guys who were taking steroids.

Stop using snakes as evil symbols. Free yourself from dogma. They are symbols of healing, wisdom and the poor and downtrodden.
Be honest what were you wearing? The fashion police don’t eff around
I understand. I’ve been very Christian since I teethed in the church house. I moved north for work and can’t find a good one. Would like to find a husband in church
First step is to clean your diet and perfect your body.
Then perfect your mind.
How would you feel if you found a good man in church, but later found out that the was there to only find a partner and not being religious at all? Assuming he had good intentions to begin with. Something about it is irksome to me, but if it was clearly stated from the get go I guess it wouldn't be so bad, idk.
>Save money
>Do CNC courses for better factory job after which I can start learning as an electrician (kinda hard to learn a new trade as a 20-something adult)
>Practice archery and run in my free time to get fit
>Earn money to buy a house

thank god for this thread m8 I just broke my one and a half day nofap streak

> a Sup Forums thread that doesn't promote jerking off to anime, cutting your dick off and becoming a shitty chinese knockoff woman
I like you guys. Can we have more of these threads in 2018? You're the true nationalists.
Anyway, I plan to:
>get more excercise
>avoid the takeaway jew and start cooking all my meals
>visit Ben Nevis or Snowdon
>set up a schedule and study more often
>get into woodworking and DIY in general again
I've been thinking of building a boat. Sailing is comfy as fuck
>7th day nofap
>girl at work teasing me all day in yoga pants/thong showing
>sitting on floor
>she's on office chair
>does a squat ON the chair
>amazing view
>literally, (yes, actually, literally) start to have a nose bleed
I thought that was an anime meme, but my nose literally started to bleed after an entire day of blue balling after a week of nofap
