I still love the op of the TV series. Always reminds me of summer.
The plot was a mess, especially after that bird bullshit. If they were going to tell a story about mother/daughter love it would have been better to cut off male MC.
I watched it in 2007 and by that time's standards visuals were top notch, juicy and bright, too bad it didn't aged well.
