Refute this AnCap lolbertarian brainlets

Evola is probably the most based thinker in three hundred years. He just happened to go with the result of WWII

Along with any kind of nationalism as well, great thinker indeed

this man is absolutely fascinating too bad that if i ever get caught reading his work in public people will think im some kind of extremest weirdo

That in fact proves everything he said in men among ruins being against what is right and natural is now common and the virtuous are now a fringe weird occult

I remember reading Nietzsche on the bus.
You're so self conscious you're like a wymon

Nietzsche is hardly extremist

Do people recognize his name in Italy? Over here barely anyone has heard of him unfortunately

Any Evolafag to give me a quick rundown on his core ideas and concepts? Just started philosophy and haven't gotten to him yet, but I'm interested

Go to bed Lauren, plenty of time to thot up the internet tomorrow

All his metaphysical analysis is based of the paragraph below.
According to this doctrine there is a physical order of things and a metaphysical one; there is a mortal nature and an immortal one; there is the superior realm of "being" and the inferior realm of "becoming."
Obtaining the superior realm of being is what ultimately raised man above to a superhuman state. Evola puts forth that as well as the spiritual decline which is becoming more prevalent within modernity, Europe and its civilization is also destined to decline into darkness unless the tide of modernity can be overturned.

look at what capitalism has created and what marxism has created, not sure how u even take urself seriously

>WAAAAAAA HORSESHOE THEORY

cmon cunt even you can't be this retarded

What's there to refute? He's saying "they're the same because I say so and aren't focused on what I think is important".

an international strip mall? a usurer's paradise? sodom and gomorrah?

have you seen his flag? he's top dog

>What's there to refute?
good lad

>what free markets have created and what marxism has created,
Fixed it for you. Know the difference. Between a free market system and cooperate capitalist system. One makes anyone with determination and drive wealthy, the other sucks the life blood out of people and consumes til there is nothing left. Never confuse the two. Know the one that has real liberty and freedom at its core.

lmao look at evola I bet he hasn't even read Hoppe what a fucking faggot lmao

No, but seriously read Hoppe you fucking retards. Ancaps are more conservatice socially than you are you baby-fascist.

things I don't like should be outlawed - the philosopher

Read Hoppe before Evola. His analysis of democracy and the left is great, but he is critiquing from a purely materialistic and individualistic point of view. If you prefer a society devoid of any unity by all means remain a libertarian. Hypothetically picture an actual An-cap society and the consequences to those of high-time preference.

You need to investigate the difference between an organic and totalitarian functioning society to understand what Evola is advocating for.

I read his book on the crash of 2008. It is very informative despite him being a insane globalist.

>having the ability to access goods and services from around the world means its the same as communism and throwing away culture

Reread OP's quote the second line. "The materialistic view of life with both systems are based". You base your judgement of both systems based on materialism. Your reasoning is devoid of any considerations for the spiritual or human being. You can only make this conclusion if you believe the accumulation or distribution of material wealth is mans purpose.

capitalism has not only beaten communism but also
made the best countries to live in on earth.
but go on and tell me just how bad capitalism is

Under Capitalism all values are dictated by capital and the free market. Enjoy the endless supply of fast food, pornography and dildos as you slowly degrade yourself into a pathetic useless vegetable.Continue your life consuming and producing useless shit and watch your country endlessly consume, what a great existence it must be.

>american (((goods and services)))

>Over here barely anyone has heard of him unfortunately
that can be a good thing

So what's you suggestion? To instead have the party decide what is valuable and needed instead?

People should be free to seek material wealth. But it should not dictate society. Most of the market can function without endless regulations. However, the government should intervene to ensure the population is not degraded. The government should hold an ideal and lead by example. Similar to a father raising a son.

What counts as "not degraded"? Who decides it?

me, your king

All hail king shit post. Long be his reign.

>that nose

(((EVOLA))) was a Jew who approved of race mixing and rejected National Socialist Germany. Fuck him.

The ruling class decides it. What counts as degrading may differ from culture to culture. Anything that seeks to severely consume an individual into materialism or self-hatred is degrading, anything that removes that person from actualizing his/her ideal.

Are you all arguing about which of OUR economic systems is better again?
>good goyim!

What if some persons ideal is to be as materialistic as possible? Why shouldn't he be able to do it? Also
>literally wanting an unaccountable elite to tell you what you can and can't do

Then their ideal is inferior with the superior ones of the ruling class and is subordinated by it. They should not be able to do it because it will inevitably subordinate others. Every good and just person has a place in society but the justification for the ruling class is in their superiority of higher values. The leaders are not to be decided by the masses or capital but by a superior view on life and it's possibilities.

How are they superior though? It's just a case of might makes right. Your "ruling class" wouldn't be superior in any way other than the fact they are on top.

My mistake though I should of worded the last comment better. 'anything that removes that person from actualizing a positive in a given society.

But what counts as a positive? How does one determine that? Is it just arbitrary according to whatever the "ruling class" decides? What if they're wrong and something they thought was a negative is actually a.positive?

That is to be based on the peoples history and spirituality. But for example ideal of warrior is superior to the merchant/materialist as it serves a higher purpose to god. The warrior is not dictated by morality/money/pleasure but by honor and loyalty. These values are superior to others.

Gimme some proof nigga.

You're basing that on personal preference and nothing else.

SeeThe principals and values which are accorded to each ideal can be determined superior or inferior based on that which has traditionally been utilized to accomplish that civilizations greatest transcendence or connection to god.

If you believe honor and loyalty are inferior to materialism that is your preference

What if you want to do better than your ancestors did? Then holding the same things as superior as they did won't help if you're trying to exceed them instead of matching them. And what if the ancestors were wrong too? What if their ideals were retarded?

Rothschild lapdog like many others. Those people believe Christian monarchy is what's a great system, because they go from dinner party to dinner party around ex-monarchy families, who inherited their money. They think lazy like capitalists who think racial problem will solve itself, but on other hand they hire cheap labor from abroad and move companies internationally. Evola and his illuminati buddies are just dreamers who ride on money that is extracted not being tied to native country, not being tied to native tradition and not being tied to native race. You got many Evolas running around France these days, especially Paris, those who vote their "traditional" ((("Conservative"))) political parties and going in same breath to pub where they meet Jamal who stuffs their anuses with his jungle seed and after that they go to church, then they are smug about their salaries and don't care who lives in Paris as long as they get their paycheck.

You're assigned ideals to people that don't even have them. 99% of "warriors" fight for money not honor and loyalty.

This is paraphrasing the first chapter of 'Revolt..' and is exactly the answer that I would give. I think it's a very important definition, he wrote it quite well.

>In order to understand both the spirit of Tradition and its antithesis, modem civilization, it is necessary to begin with the fundamental doctrine of the two natures. According to this doctrine there is a physical order of things and a metaphysical one;
there is a mortal nature and an immortal one; there is the superior realm of “being” and the inferior realm of “becoming.” Generally speaking, there is a visible and tangible dimension and, prior to and beyond it, an invisible and intangible dimension that is the support, the source, and true life of the former.

>implying free market lovers support modern capitalism which is entirely dependent on state interference
>implying "dude just do the same thing but the government promises to do whats best for our nation and definitely can be trusted and definitely will not abuse the control cucks like me want to give them" isn't even worse than current circumstances

Referring to a warrior archetype not a living human being. Not every woman is beautiful, but when you picture the perfect one you see the greatest possibility.
Sorry I don't have an answer if your ancestors were retarded. You should seek to revitalize and improve upon w/e spirituality is present. Restablishing the values of your ancestors will not disable you from exceeding their accomplishments but put you back on the proper path.

He goes on, drawing lines in the sand, delimiting modern thought from Traditional. One of the best introductions, in my opinion, though the rest of the book may better be saved for later. The content of the first chapter really needs to think in, and as he writes himself, not just as theory.

>Anywhere in the world of Tradition, both East and West and in one form or another, this knowledge (not just a mere “theory”) has always been present as an unshakable axis around which everything revolved. Let me emphasize the fact that it was knowledge and not “theory.” As difficult as it may be for our contemporaries to understand this, we must start from the idea that the man of Tradition was aware of the existence of a dimension of being much wider than what our contemporaries experience and call “reality.” Nowadays, after all, reality is understood only as something strictly encompassed within the world of physical bodies located in space and time. Certainly, there are those who believe in something beyond the realm of phenomena. When these people admit the existence of something else, however, they are always led to this conclusion by a scientific hypothesis or law, or by a speculative idea, or by a religious dogma; they cannot escape such an intellectual limitation.

Evola's god is illuminati Christian god, which is the same as Christian god, but with added flavoring of past traditions and as we know Christianity mimicked every tradition everywhere on planet. Yes sure, don't be physical like Communists or Nazis, just relax with your baron with a nice drink, then dream about how we wuz, how racial problem will solve itself politically by illuminati giving money to politician, we sure seen the fruits of this with European cities being nigger flooded. The greed always wins over tradition with those people. Tradition is only present when they watch their castles and other artsy things they bough that are tied to past. That's their metaphyiscal dreaming.

You're just spouting feel good nonsense at this point.
>ideal humans
>muh ancestral spirituality
>muh proper path

I'm sorry you only was these negative examples of traditionalists, it is only fitting for this age there are many of them. Evola (and Guenon) adress this point and do not belong to this class.

I've never caught Evola writing about 'his' God, so maybe you can enlighten me.

I answered all your questions did I not. I gave reasons to how Capitalism and Communism force human beings to be dictated by materialism. And I presented Ideals which give meaning to human existence. Idno what else you want.

Not really. You still didn't answer what happens if the ruling class is wrong or what if the ancestors were wrong. You just said something about spirituality.

Evola said he was part of closed Masonry club. Tradition is what workers created, monarchs don't know shit about art, they only buy it, for them that's just status symbol, they don't live it, it's for luxury. They can be the biggest experts on art, but they are missing the struggle for nation, they are observers who push other people into fire and then claim they are nationalists and traditionalists.

And it's starting to seem like you expect you'll be part of the ruling class or that the ruling class' ideals will be very closely aligned with yours. Good luck with that.

If the ruling class is wrong or evil than their is no other option but to usurp. But the entire point of a monarchy/aristocracy is to ensure the continual existence of the ruling party. The French monarchy was usurped because it had reached high levels of decadence and mediocrity, by abstaining from it's proper function. It no longer lived a superior existence. If your ancestry originates from Europe you should have a reference point. If Middle East or Asia you certainly have one.

There will always be a ruling part mate. Even under democracy. It just takes a little while longer for one to realize what needs to be done.

But everthing my ancestors did ultimately failed and we ended up in today's state. Why would I want to recreate something that failed? And what assurance do I have that will lead to a better life?
Also you're really not making sense here. I thought the ruling class was supposed to be supperior and dictate what the ideals are. How is anyone supposed to have an objective view on weather they are wrong or evil? How do you determine that?

Doesn't mean you have to give them even more power than they already have.

Evola wrote extensively about the negative influence of Masons. He explicitly names their role in the French Revolution, a very negative event in Evola's view. He explicitly calls them out being counter-tradition, they are his opposites and enemies.

He was part of the Ur gruppe, who were practicing a form of magic and that is what you probably are referring to.

>Tradition is what workers created
That's not Evola's definition of Tradition, that is what common people think tradition means and is not the subject of his writing at all. The word 'tradition' has two meanings here; 1) its common meaning or 2) the definition of Evola that I gave here . Evola always uses it as a technical term that means something different than when it is used by common people! Common usage it means some practice handed over from one generation to another or old stuff from the past. Evola's definition means to point to metaphysical concepts handed over 'from above'. If you work with the common definition then Evola's writing will make no sense.

I agree that capitalism has problems and many of the shit contributing to our decline is the result of capitalism allowing the worse to happen. You mention in that the ruling class would dictate. Do you mean like a monarch type figure or a small group? I personally think just by restricting voting rights to tax payers would fix the system by so much. It would lead to mostly white men voting. I think the U.S.A. needs to return the system we were founded on before we devolved into a more democratic country.

That's a good point, but the decline or failure of today's state is due to a rejection of these values. You could make the argument they were destined to fail in which case and endless cycle repeats. The assurance is in the values. I value loyalty, honor, truth and etc, if these principals are more wide spread than I believe my country would be better. Better is subjective as well too. People arn't perfect and you can't coddle them but you should correct evil that is present. It is determined evil if it is as I stated before, something that may subordinate these higher ideals to something of materialistic, untruthful, or self-harming etc.

But if you purposely reduce their power they will inevitably not be able to produce a society in harmony with superior values. I would prefer this over mediocrity and what we have today.

To be honest what you suggest I think is the most practical way to move forward. Suggesting a monarch or aristocracy today just won't work imo.

But to answer question a monarch is inevitably surrounded by a group. But with a figure at the top with the ultimate decision.

Mind explaining to a brainlet what the fuck does that mean? What is meant with ''realm of being'' and ''realm of becoming''?

>OP

Dont hate on poop summerset man

Evola isn't exactly attacking the economics of capitalism but the values and philosophical morals of its current state. There's nothing wrong with creating your own wealth or Adam Smith's argument being for international free trade. Only that it forces human beings to be individualistic and for the weak minded it makes them materialistic which is very bad. I'm in finance because it was a well paying job and I was capable of it, my people are not collective and I don't agree with the majority of their disgusting utilitarian philosophy on life so I think of myself and those close to me, I can't work for the collective when everyone are individualistic and I hate it.

I'm about to make dinner, so I'll do my best. I took a while to grasp this concept, it actually took me more than a year I think, slow as I am. So I don't expect it to be clear in a few words.

The first thing is that most people do not learn or understand what eternal things are at school, so a definitions is necessary. They 'are' because they are always, not in time with a beginning or end but 'above' time. The realm of being refers to this. What served as a good introduction was Plato and his theory of Ideas, which belong in the realm of Being. See his allegory of the cave. Plato himself realized the difficulty of this, getting out of the cave, that it would only be reachable / thinkable by a handful of philosophers.

Another explanation I find helpful is the contrast between ideas and 'abstractions'. Ideas are transcendent and have a non-human origin. Abstractions are human conceived and a common denominator. Let's take for example Justice. We all know many 'just' acts and perhaps we can write a list of them to form an abstraction of them, to see what they all have in common. But that misses the bigger point. Beyond all the separate just acts, beyond the abstraction, there is a higher reference point from which all just acts derive. Kind of like a template. It is very hard to describe in words such a 'template' and I think it cannot be done.

The realm of becoming is this world we all know too well. I think the Buddha's explanation works well here. Ordinary nature that is always in flux, human desire that is always changing and never satisfied. It is constantly becoming and never at rest. It doesn't provide a stable reference point as 'being' does. Traditional civilizations therefor order the realm of becoming to be subject to the realm of being.

I hope I did well enough, wife is in the kitchen and I have to go help now!

The problem isn't the system of production, but the ideological baggage it carries.
Man is faced with a crisis of spiritual proportions, in that we aren't thinking of the future beyond our own life. When the transcendent has left, the future dies.
>materialistic
Concern yourself only with what's in front of you.
>consumerism
Consume now, fuck the future.
>productivity
A half-truth. The question is: productive for whom? A slave sells his production and his future to his master.
>...human progress...wealth or indigence...
Another half-truth. Without the wealth to fund it, the greatest progress is aborted. Instead, seek to balance the mundane with the divine.
The whole of society cant become initiates in full devotion to the divine. We would all starve. Some would hear the call, others wouldn't or can't.
Everyone needs to find their own balance. Too much of the mundane and the soul withers. Too much of the divine and the body suffers. The guitar string that's strung too loosely won't play, if strung too tight, it breaks.
