Friendly reminder: Anyone who complains about the manga having better artwork compared to the anime is retarded. Of course the manga will look better overall, the artists are drawing one cell per frame. Not 30-60 for a second of film for a 23 minute episode. Though you couldn't tell that were the case seeing the examples cited in the last thread.

The frustration stems from the fact there's no true storyboards by Toriyama that the anime follows.
That is what made the original anime quality in the first place, with no real manga to replicate there becomes a division of upset fans attacking each other.

I noticed a increase in quality of main frames but when Toei Phillipines does an inbetween frame that looks absolutely horrendous it just drags everything down.
