Anyway. I started learning chemistry in 6th grade. For the next 8 grades, no matter how hard i tried, i never got one positive grade in chemistry. Bullshit user, biochem is barely chemistry related at all. It's all conceptual and learning long ass metabolic pathways, with the highest level of "chemistry" amounting to knowing that DNA is one oxygen less than RNA. If you can pass Orgo 2 but not biochem, then chemistry isn't your problem.

You do your syntheses as accurately and properly as possible and you hope that you don't fuck up because your reagents are either ridiculously expensive or require absurd amounts of time.
Analytical chemistry isn't much better from what I've seen.

What I've done of UV/VIS made me feel like shooting myself, because it's the worst kind of tedium.
The novelty of looking at a colored complex wears off halfway through the first time you do it.
