Most of the are memes since they have no practical application to modern society because the political landscape in west has been perverted so badly. You'll be better off reading books like Propaganda by Barnays, Anatomy of The State and The Law by Frederic Bastiat so you'll get atleast the basic understanding of steering methods and underlying control mechanisms in modern world... then you could consider spending your time reading political philosophy, personally i have only read 5 from OP's pic.
