Christian Picciolini, famous for trying to "convert" Richard Spencer (video and pic related) went from nationalist to anti-racist, and his health severely deteriorated in less than a year.
In his earlier years Picciolini facilitated a merger between Chicago Area Skinheads, (CASH) and the Hammerskins, formed white supremacist punk band, White American Youth (W.A.Y.) and, eventually, a hate rock band called Final Solution, and opened a record store called Chaos Records where he often sold white power music.
This same downward spiral in health has been observed in other ex-nationalists. A former organizer for the White Aryan Resistance (WAR), Tony McAleer, served as a skinhead recruiter, proprietor of Canadian Liberty Net (a computer operated voice messaging center used to disseminate messages of nationalism), and manager of the racist rock band, Odin’s Law. Mr. McAleer recently penned an article for Huffington Post titled: "My Kid's a neo-Nazi. What Should I Do?". McAleer met the same fate as Mr. Picciolini shortly after becoming a devout antiracist.

When you stop supporting your people, you are losing your identity in that you are giving up on your hard-fought people and their history (and yours). It's deep psychological trauma to try to take this stance (jewish propaganda) and the dissonance makes you lose yourself, thus them giving up physically as well as seen in the photos. Picciolini belongs to a dated group of white nationalists who found their way there due to a desire to belong to a minority in-group, not necessarily for the broader ideology or the reaction to an easily visible change in society. If Picciolini truly changed his ideas regarding WN (assuming he isn't paid hand-over-fist by kikes to spread his bullshit) he joined for the wrong reasons.
Basically this guy is in the column of reason-less shill, and the best medicine is ignoring him.
