I have a theory, given that it is known that lower iq populations tend to reproduce more even if resources are scarce (food and most basic needs are not in South America), I think it is fair to say that the people with the least European add-mixture reproduce the most. What does this hypothesis implicate? Over time, South American countries will lose their average iq over time, which leads to worst governments and worst economies overall, that's why we're seeing a resurgence of socialism over South America as a whole.
