Is it possible whites are not a natural product of evolution but an artificial construction (by "aliens" or other entities)? Several characteristics do not seem to make sense when examined. It's entirely possible white people were created as genetic experiments, maybe as disposable soldiers of some sort to the creators. Lets look at some facts.
White skin itself is strange. Saying it's to absorb vitamin D better does not make sense, different races like certain natives lived in similar climates and had tan skin. White skin also lacks resistance to the sun and is damaged easily. Light colored hair and eyes also seem to serve no purpose. The blond hair that sometimes appears in swarthy races is NOT genetically similar to the blond hair of europeans.
White people also suffer from mental illness at a much higher rate than the other races. Possibly a side effect of genetic tampering?
Europe has an incredibly violent and warlike history. The culture of early pagan myths glorifies combat (warriors ascending to Valhalla). The inhabitants of Europe were constantly fighting with each other, and upon discovering the larger world they set out to wage war on wherever they could find, the effects of which are still seen today in our culture, though in modern times there has been much effort to restore equality to the victimized.

Light coloured eyes give increased night vision. Particularly in the dark forests of Europe and the parts of Europe where the nights are long. In the long run, having lighter eye colour and better vision at night would increase the survivability of the tribe. Hence, even if there were brown eyes people in Europe in the past, they were most likely outcompeted by the light eyed people. Romans themselves had darker eyes and literally shit themselves when they had to go through the German forests whereas Germans were fine in hanging out there.
